子大。晒干。忌烘。每服三钱。热陈酒送。酒醒痛息。

石（一钱） 冰片（三分） 苍术（一钱） 雄黄（一钱） 明矾（一钱） 共研细末。粽尖为丸。

晚两服。如漏之四边有硬肉突出者。加蚕茧二十个炒末。和入药中。

上药为末。水叠为丸。如弹子大。

钱） 青皮（一两） 地骨皮（一两炙） 共为细末。莲子粉捣烂为丸。弹子大。米汤化服。 肠风下血。石榴皮烧灰
调服。
Frankincense and Myrrh powder (each 1 liang), Musk (1.5 qian), Xiongjing (5 qian), ground and mixed together. Take 1 liang of yellow rice, mash it thoroughly, add the powder, and pound again to form pills, sized like radish seeds. Sun-dry them; avoid baking. Take 3 qian per dose, delivered with warm aged wine. Pain subsides after the wine takes effect.
Rhubarb (1 jin), Angelica dahurica (1 liang), Huang Chenxiang (2 qian), Clove (1 qian), Cunxiang (3 fen), Toad venom (Chan Su) (1 qian), Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang) (5 fen), Cinnabar (1 qian), Costus root (Muxiang) (5 fen), Shizhong (Yueshi) (1 qian), Borneol (Bingpian) (3 fen), Atractylodes lancea (Cangzhu) (1 qian), Realgar (Xionghuang) (1 qian), Alum (Mingfan) (1 qian), ground into fine powder. Mold into pills using a sticky rice dumpling tip as a mold.

Amber, Antelope horn, Poria cocos with hostwood (Fushen), Ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, Licorice root bark (Zhi qu ci, 1 liang), Picrorhiza rhizome (Hulian, stir-fried with ginger juice, 1 liang), Original Cunxiang (2 fen). Use mashed rice as a binder to form pills. Take 1 qian per dose, delivered with wine.

Haliotidis Concha (Shijueming) (5 qian), Sophora flower bud (Huaimi) (5 qian, lightly stir-fried), Stir-fried Pangolin scales (Zhijapian, fried in sesame oil, 5 qian), Pure Picrorhiza powder (Hulian) (1 liang). Form honey pills. Take on an empty stomach with rice gruel, morning and evening. If hard flesh protrudes around the fistula, add 20 silkworm cocoons, stir-fried and powdered, and mix into the medicine.
Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu) (3 liang), Malt (Maiya) (1 liang), Nardostachys root (Gansong) (1 liang), Licorice root (Gancao) (2.5 liang), Lindera root (Wuyao) (2 liang), Pogostemon cablin (Huoxiang) (3 liang), Costus root (Muxiang) (2 liang). The above herbs are ground into powder, kneaded with water to form pills, sized like marbles.
Panax ginseng leaf (Shanye) (5 qian), Rosa laevigata fruit (Jinyingzi, pitted, 1 liang), Hawthorn fruit pulp (Shanzha rou) (2 liang), Malt (Maiya) (1 liang), Lotus seed (Jianlian) (4 liang), Trogoderma larvae (Wuguchong) (2 liang), Poria cocos (Fuling) (1 liang), Euryale seed (Qianshi) (1 liang), Thin tangerine peel (Bojuhong) (1 liang), Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu) (2 liang), Quinine seed (Shijunzi) (5 qian), Anemarrhena rhizome (Fei Zhimu) (1 liang), Chicken gizzard lining (Jineijin) (1 liang), Amomum fruit (Sharen) (5 qian), Green tangerine peel (Qingpi) (1 liang), Cortex Lycii (Digupi, stir-fried, 1 liang). Ground into fine powder, pounded with lotus seed flour to form pills, sized like marbles. Take by dissolving in rice gruel. For intestinal wind with bloody stool, take powdered burnt pomegranate rind mixed with water.
