痔漏大小深浅插入锭。如肉内黑色。勿上生肌散。只待黑肉落尽。方可上。若疮无头。太乙膏一个。加用后各药粘一粒

三品一条枪 明矾（二两） 白信（一两五钱） 二味共研极细。入小罐内。炭火 红。青烟已净。旋起白烟片时。
待上下红彻。住火取罐。倾地上。宿一夜取出。约其末一两。配入 雄黄（二钱四分） 乳香（一钱二分） 共研极细。
浓糊调稠。搓成线香式。阴干。凡以上三品之症。遇有孔者。插入孔内。无孔者。先用针放孔窍。早晚插药二条。插至
三日后孔大。每插十余条。插至七日。患孔药条满足。住后所患四边。自尽裂开大缝。候至十四日前后。疔核瘰 。痔
漏诸管。自然落下。随用汤洗膏贴用药。

重。 肉突出。久不收缩。此乃伤气脉使然。不可用降蚀腐化。用此药不过三五收功。
拔管神方 白信（一两） 鹅管石（一两） 生明白矾（一两） 飞净明雄黄（一两） 薄荷水（三钱） 法先将
雄黄一半。铺底。次将四味放中。再用雄黄盖顶。炼如升丹法。炼成后约六七钱。再加冰片（三分） 薄荷（六分） 没
药（三钱去油。和匀） 临用以猪棕粘白茹果成线。晒干入纳患处。每日一次。三四次后。自能拔出。再用收功神效。
High-grade Ingot: Hongfan (Realgar, 1 liang 5 qian), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Chensha (Cinnabar, prepared by water levigation, 3 qian each), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 5 fen 5 li), Pengsha (Borax, 1 qian 4 fen, half raw and half calcined), Baixinfan (White Arsenic, 1 liang, processed until black smoke is eliminated). Indicated for severe fistula tracts.
Medium-grade Ingot: Baifan (Alumen, 1 liang 8 qian 5 fen), Moyao (Myrrh), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 5 qian 5 fen each), Chensha (Cinnabar, 5 qian), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 4 fen 5 li), Pengsha (Borax, 1 qian, equal parts raw and calcined), JinXinfan (Gold-infused White Arsenic, 1 liang 5 qian, processed until black smoke is eliminated). Indicated for fungating goiters and tumors.
Low-grade Ingot: Indicated for ding sores (carbuncles) and back abscesses. Zaifan (Repeatedly calcined Alum, 3 liang 2 qian), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 6 qian), Moyao (Myrrh, 5 qian), Chensha (Cinnabar, 3 qian, prepared by water levigation), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 4 fen 5 li), Pengsha (Borax, 1 qian, half raw and half calcined), Baixinfan (White Arsenic, 3 liang, processed until black smoke is gone, usable after half a month). All the above are prepared according to this method. Mix evenly with wheat paste, roll into ingots. Insert the ingot into the hemorrhoid or fistula tract according to its size and depth. If the flesh is black, do not apply Shengji San (Flesh-regenerating Powder); wait until all necrotic black tissue falls off before applying. If the sore has no head, take one piece of Taiyi Gao (Taiyi Plaster), attach one pill made from the following herbs, and apply it. Baifan (Alumen, 2 liang), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 3 qian 2 fen), Moyao (Myrrh, 3 qian 7 fen), Chensha (Cinnabar, 4 fen), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 5 fen), Jianghuang (Curcuma Longae Rhizoma, 2 qian 5 fen, use as appropriate), Baidingxiang (Stercus Muscae Domesticae, 1 qian 5 fen), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, 3 qian 2 fen, oil removed completely). Grind into fine powder. Alternatively, mix with saliva and apply to the sore three times a day. After the sore breaks, insert the aforementioned ingot.
Sanpin Yitiaoqiang (Three-Grade Single-Barrel Gun): Mingfan (Alumen, 2 liang), Baixinfan (White Arsenic, 1 liang 5 qian). Grind these two ingredients extremely finely, place in a small jar, and roast over charcoal fire until red. When blue smoke ceases and white smoke appears briefly, wait until the top and bottom are thoroughly red, then remove from fire. Take the jar out and pour onto the ground. Leave overnight, then retrieve. Take approximately 1 liang of the powder, add Xionghuang (Realgar, 2 qian 4 fen) and Ruxiang (Frankincense, 1 qian 2 fen), grind extremely finely. Mix with thick paste, roll into incense stick shapes, and dry in shade. For any conditions treated by the three-grade ingots, if there is an opening, insert the medicine into the hole; if no opening exists, first puncture with a needle to create an aperture. Insert two sticks morning and evening. After three days, the hole enlarges; insert more than ten sticks per session. After seven days, the tract is filled with medicine sticks. Subsequently, the surrounding affected area will naturally split open widely. Around the fourteenth day, ding nodules, scrofula (Luo Li), and various fistula tracts will naturally fall off. Thereafter, wash with decoction and apply plaster.
Tube-pulling Formula: Zisha (Purple Cinnabar/Lead Oxide variant, 4 fen), Qianglang (Dung Beetle, 5 fen), Hongshengdan (Red Ascending Cinnabar, 4 fen), Bingpian (Borneol, 4 fen). Grind into fine powder and insufflate into the lesion.
Fistula-resolving Formula: Da Qianglang (Large Dung Beetle, 1 piece, dried in shade), Bingpian (Borneol, 3 li). Grind finely. Dip paper wicks into the powder and insert into the tract. As new muscle tissue grows, the medicine will naturally exit, leading to cure. Also treats polyosteitis (Duogu Ju); cure occurs when the bone fragment exits.
Method for removing foreign bones from sores and carbuncles: Wugu Ji Jiaojing Gu (Tibia of Black-bone Chicken foot, 1 pair). Fill with finely ground Baipi (White Arsenic), seal firmly with salt mud, roast until red-hot. Remove mud, grind into powder, and sprinkle on the wound. Alternatively, form pills the size of millet grains using rice paste and insert them.
Qianglong Wan (Dung Beetle Dragon Pill): Di Long (Earthworm from under leek beds, 1 jin, washed with wine to remove dirt, roasted on tile until dry and powdered), Qianglang Chong (Dung Beetle, 8 pieces, roasted until dry and powdered), Ci Li Pi Lian Ci (Spina Gleditsiae with thorns, 5 qian, roasted and powdered), Zhen Xiangya Xie (True Ivory Shavings, 1 liang, separately ground fine), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales, 1 liang, stir-fried in sesame oil until yellow and finely powdered). Mix all together and grind again. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds using refined honey. For all chronic toxic sores that have formed tracts, with continuous pus discharge and non-healing wounds: adults take 8 fen, children take 5 fen, with warm water. Before the course of medication is finished, the tract will naturally push out segment by segment. Cut away the necrotic tract tissue with scissors. Upon completion of the medication, the tract will fully recede, achieving cure. Observe dietary restrictions for 100 days.
Bajiang Qinwang Wan (Eight Generals Capturing the King Pill): Daizi Fengfang (Honeycomb with larvae, 3 qian), Xiangya Xie (Ivory Shavings, 5 qian), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, 3 qian), Chantui (Cicada Slough, 3 qian), Quanxie (Whole Scorpion, 1 pair), Muxiang (Aquilariae Lignum, 3 qian), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 3 qian), Moyao (Myrrh, 2 qian). Grind all into fine powder. Melt 8 liang of Huangzhan (Yellow Resin) by boiling, add the powder, stir well, pour into water to form pills the size of jujube seeds. For all carbuncles, back abscesses, sores, and hemorrhoids that have formed fistulas: take one pill each time, on an empty stomach with hot wine. Continue for three days. Wait until the medicinal effect permeates the mouth, then take another pill after one day. On the fifth day, take one more pill for miraculous efficacy.
Leiguan Neixiao Wan (Internal Resolution of Fistula Tract Pill): Ci Li Pi (Roasted Spina Gleditsiae), Zhen Xiangpi (True Elephant Skin, 5 qian each), Gancao Jie (Licorice Joint, stir-fried with ox bile until dry, 1 liang), Xiao Chidou (Small Adzuki Bean, sun-dried, 2 liang), Chi Shao (Red Peony Root, stir-fried, 1 liang), Songhua (Pine Pollen, baked, 1 liang), Zhijiapian (Prepared Pangolin Slices, 2 qian), Xiangya Xie (Ivory Shavings, sun-dried, 2 liang), Huangming Jiao (Yellow Clear Gelatin, stir-fried with clam powder, 2 liang), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, stir-fried, 7 qian). Grind into fine powder. Use Coicis Semen (Job's Tears) powder mixed with water decoction to make paste for pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 1 qian 5 fen each time with hot water.
Tuiguan Shenfang (Miraculous Formula for Retracting Tracts): Chen Nian Fei Liuli Di (Old waste glaze bottom from temples, 3 qian, stir-fried with bran until transparent and powdered), Chensha (Cinnabar, 1 qian, water-leigated and separately powdered), Ren Zhijia (Human Nail, 1 qian, stir-fried with bran and powdered), Chan Yi (Cicada Slough, 1 qian 5 fen, stir-fried and powdered), Quyou Ruxiang (De-oiled Frankincense, 8 fen), Quyou Moyao (De-oiled Myrrh, 8 fen), Xiangya Mo (Ivory Powder, 1 qian, separately powdered), Kufan (Calcined Alum, 8 fen, powdered). Mix uniformly. Melt 3 qian of Huangzhan (Yellow Resin), add medicine, stir well, and form pills the size of mung beans while hot. Regardless of how long the tract has existed, start with 10 pills, increasing by one pill daily up to 16 pills. Take with unadulterated wine. For upper body lesions, add Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 6 fen); for lower body lesions, add Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, 6 fen). For chronic cases, one dose guarantees cure; for recent cases, half a dose suffices. Avoid green onions for 100 days.
Baguan Wan (Tube-pulling Pill): Chao Shengdi (Stir-fried Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 4 liang), Chao Huaimi (Stir-fried Sophorae Flos, 2 liang), Zhi Biaojia (Prepared Turtle Shell, 2 pieces), Xiangya Xie (Ivory Shavings, 4 liang), Jiu Gui Shen (Wine-processed Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 2 liang), Chao Huangqi (Stir-fried Astragali Radix, 2 liang), Guang Jiao (Guang Gelatin, 2 liang, earth-coated into gelatin), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales, 1 liang 2 qian, earth-coated). Grind into powder. Dissolve brown sugar to form pills the size of albizia seeds. Take 3 qian each time in the morning with Dengxin Tang (Junci Medullae Decoction). This formula has been verified. For multiple tracts formed over many years, two doses guarantee cure. During medication, practice proper moderation and nourishment. After recovery, maintain care; those who enjoy drinking should strictly avoid spirit liquor.
Huaguan Wanying Tiaozzi (Universal Strips for Dissolving Tracts): Shashi (Sand Louse/Chigger, 3 fen), Dashengdiao (Large Swallowing Vine Fruit, 7 fen). Grind extremely finely. Mix with steamed rice cake dough, roll into strips like incense sticks.
Shouhei Longdan (Black Dragon Gathering Dan): Da Shudi (Large Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, sliced, dried, roasted until charred, and finely powdered, 1 liang), Wumei Rou (Dark Plum Flesh, 3 qian, carbonized by stir-frying and powdered). For malignant sores and carbuncles occurring between sinews, where excessive squeezing of pus causes protruding necrotic flesh that fails to retract due to qi and vessel damage. Do not use cauterizing or corrosive agents. Using this medicine achieves results in three to five applications.
Baguan Shenfang (Miraculous Formula for Tube Pulling): Baixinfan (White Arsenic, 1 liang), Eguanshi (Eagle Tube Stone, 1 liang), Sheng Ming Baifan (Raw White Alum, 1 liang), Feijing Ming Xionghuang (Fly-sieved Bright Realgar, 1 liang), Bohe Shui (Mint Water, 3 qian). Method: First, spread half of the Xionghuang at the bottom. Place the other four ingredients in the middle. Cover the top with the remaining Xionghuang. Refine according to the method for producing Shengdan (Ascending Cinnabar). The yield is approximately 6-7 qian. Add Bingpian (Borneol, 3 fen), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, 6 fen), and Moyao (Myrrh, 3 qian, de-oiled and mixed). At the time of use, adhere the mixture to a white Ru fruit thread using pig bristle. Dry and insert into the affected area. Once daily. After three to four applications, the tube will naturally be pulled out. Follow up with the miraculous healing agent.
