Neituo Huangqi San (Internal-Supporting Astragalus Powder)

Huanglian Jiedu Tang (Coptis Decoction for Resolving Toxicity) (See Chapter on Carbuncles and Ulcers)
Indications: Treats conditions caused by excessive drinking and indulgence in rich, greasy foods, leading to accumulated heat flowing into the large intestine. This results in painful, swollen masses at the anus, with piercing pain like bells ringing and hardness like stone. This formula is suitable.
Jinye Wutu Gao (Golden Fluid Earth Soil Ointment) (See Chapter on Carbuncles)
Indications: Treats Zangdu arising from luxurious living and irritable temperament, where fierce fire-like pathogens rage unchecked. Due to unfulfilled desires and depleted yin fluids, fire cannot vent, leading to alternating stagnation and hyperactivity. This ultimately causes anal swelling, toxin attacking the five zang organs, pain like thorns, intense burning heat, profuse foul-smelling discharge, and critical condition with little hope of survival. This ointment is suitable to prevent regret.
Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder) (See Chapter on Chancre)
Indications: Treats anal swelling that spreads like a tight band, with red-purple color, urgent distension, extreme hardness, and severe pain. Add Bingshan Pian (Borneolum Syntheticum) ground to fine powder to this formula, mix with pig spinal marrow, and apply to the affected area twice daily, morning and evening.
