Women suffering from hemorrhoidal diseases are caused by meridian and vessel injury due to overexertion, resulting in blood leakage. There are five types of this condition: sores appearing at the anal margin, resembling mouse teats, protruding externally.
For treating hemorrhoidal disease in women, characterized by anal itching and pain with continuous bleeding, use Huai Zi Ren San (Sophorae Semen Powder).
Ingredients: Sophorae Semen (1 liang, slightly stir-fried), Rupi (Campsis Radix or similar bark, roasted until yellow), Auricula Judae (Fungus), Equiseti Herba (Tu Zei), Scutellariae Radix (Huang Qin, crushed), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui, crushed, slightly stir-fried), Sepiae Endoconcha (Wu Mei Gu, pith removed).
The above ingredients are finely ground into powder through a fine sieve, mixed uniformly with other prepared powders. Take 2 qian before meals, administered with Jing Jie Tang (Schizonepeta Decoction).
For treating persistent hemorrhoidal disease in women, use Bie Jia San (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum Powder).
Ingredients: Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (1.5 liang, coated with vinegar and roasted until yellow, remove skirt edge), Vespa Nidus (Lu Feng Fang, slightly roasted), Serpentis Shed Skin (She Tui Pi, burnt to ash), Pig's Foreleg Hoof (Zhu Jiao Zhu Xuan Ti Jia, roasted until yellow).
The above ingredients are finely ground into powder through a fine sieve, mixed uniformly. Take 1 qian before meals, administered with Gan Di Huang Tang (Rehmanniae Radix Decoction). If there is swelling and pain in anal fistulas, applying this externally will cure it. Avoid eating Amaranthus viridis (Xian Cai).
For treating hemorrhoidal disease in women, use Chuan Shan Jia San (Manis Squama Powder).

The above ingredients are ground into powder through a sieve. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills before meals, administered with Zhou Yin (Rice Decoction).

For treating hemorrhoidal disease in women, use Huang Gua Lou San (Trichosanthis Fructum Powder).
Ingredients: Trichosanthis Fructum (Huang Gua Lou, 1 piece), Alum (Bai Fan, 3 liang), [Missing] Bark (1 slice, crushed).
The above ingredients are placed in a porcelain bottle, sealed, and slowly heated over charcoal fire until red hot. After cooling, take out and grind finely. Take before meals, administered with Zhi Ke Tang (Aurantii Fructus Decoction).
For treating hemorrhoidal disease in women with bleeding and unbearable pain, use Mo Long Wan (Black Dragon Pill).
Ingredients: Black Dragon Tail Coal (Hei Long Wei Mei), Ash of Human Hair (Luan Fa Hui), Mass Medicamentae Fermentatae (Shen Qu, slightly stir-fried, each 1 liang).
The above ingredients are ground into powder through a sieve. Mix with jujube flesh to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills before meals, administered by Zhi Ke Tang (Aurantii Fructus Decoction).
For treating persistent hemorrhoidal disease in women that does not heal, use Bai Fan Wan (Alum Pill).
Ingredients: Alum Ash (Bai Fan Hui), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fu Zi, processed, peel and umbilicus removed, ground into powder, each 2 liang).
The above ingredients are ground uniformly. Mix with steamed leavened bread soaked in water to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, administered by Jing Jie Tang (Schizonepeta Decoction), three times a day.
For treating hemorrhoidal disease in women with unbearable itching and pain, apply heat therapy using Zhi Ke San (Aurantii Fructus Powder).
Ingredients: Aurantii Fructus (Zhi Ke, 2 liang), Aucklandiae Radix (Mu Xiang, 0.5 liang), Arisaematis Cum Baccis Ramulus (Gui Jian Yu, 1 or 2 liang), Typhonii Rhizoma (Gui Jiu, 1 liang), Sophorae Semen (Huai Zi Ren, 2 liang).
The above ingredients are coarsely crushed, stir-fried over low heat until hot. Wrap in green silk cloth and apply to the affected area according to temperature tolerance for effective relief.
For treating the five types of hemorrhoids in women, presenting with heads discharging pus and continuous bleeding, apply externally using Lu Feng Fang San (Vespa Nidus Powder).
Ingredients: Vespa Nidus (Lu Feng Fang, 0.5 liang, cut into pieces and slightly stir-fried), [Missing] Bark (1 liang, burnt to ash), Moschus (She Xiang, 1 liang).
The above ingredients are ground together until fine. Apply sparingly directly onto the hemorrhoid heads as needed.
