夫小儿伤寒发疹豆疮者。皆是热毒所为。其病折则疮愈。而毒瓦斯尚未全散。故疮痂虽落。
其
治小儿热毒。发疹豆疮初愈。或涂疮瘢方。
蒺藜子（一两） 栀子仁（二两） 豉（一两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。用醋浆水调如泥。每夜涂疮上。来日以淡浆水洗之。
又方。
胡粉（一两） 腻粉（一分）
上件药。相和研令匀。入炼了猪脂拌和如膏。薄涂瘢上。每夜涂之。至明以浆水洗之。
又方。
鹰粪白（一两） 衣中白鱼（二十枚）
上件药。细研。入白蜜调和。如稀饧。用涂疮瘢上。
又方。
牡蛎粉（三两） 土瓜根（一两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每夜取二钱。用白蜜调涂面及疮瘢。明旦以暖浆水洗之。

马齿苋自然汁（一升） 炼成猪脂〔一（三）两〕
上件药相和。以慢火煎成膏。日夜涂疮瘢上。
又方。
羊KT （一具用酒一升浸一宿来日绞滤去汁取羊胫尽去筋膜） 牛酥〔四分（两）〕
上件二味。入银铫子内。慢火煎三五沸。新绵滤。入净器中盛。每夜取涂面上。来日用

又方。
猪KT （一斤） 天鼠（二枚）
上二味细切。入铫子内。煎炼令天鼠焦。绞滤取膏。日夜摩涂疮瘢上。
又方。
鸬 粪（二两）
上一味研如粉。以炼了腊月猪脂三合。调搅令匀。涂于疮瘢上。
又方。
川升麻
上一味。不计多少。细锉。用水煎。去滓取汁。以绵沾汁拭疮瘢上。
又方。
豉（一升） 羊粪（一合）
上件药相和。以水一斗。煎十余沸。去滓。看冷暖。洗浴疮瘢。
又方。
黄柏（二两细锉）
上以水二升。煎取一升。去滓。摩拭疮瘢上。
又方。
赤小豆末（一两）
上一味。以鸡子白调如稀饧。涂疮瘢上。
又方。
上好白蜜
上一味。不计多少。通身涂疮。痂落无瘢。
治小儿疹豆疮。并灭瘢痕方。
羊 骨髓〔一分（两）〕
上炼之入轻粉一分。研成白膏。于瓷合内盛。用涂疮上。灭瘢极效。
Pediatric patients suffering from cold damage (Shanghan) manifesting with macules and pustular eruptions are caused by heat-toxin. When the disease subsides, the sores heal, but the toxic qi has not yet fully dissipated. Therefore, although the scabs have fallen off, [traces may remain on the skin].
Formulas for treating pediatric heat-toxin-induced macular and pustular eruptions after initial healing, or for applying to scars:
Tribulus Fructus (Jili Zi, 1 liang), Gardenia Seed (Zhizi Ren, 2 liang), Fermented Soybean (Chi, 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients finely and sift through a fine mesh to make a powder. Mix with vinegar-water to form a paste. Apply to the sores every night; wash off the next morning with weak water.
Another formula:
Lead White (Hufen, 1 liang), Calomel (Nifen, 1 fen).
Mix and grind the above ingredients evenly. Combine with refined lard to form a ointment. Apply thinly to the scars every night; wash off with water the next morning.
Another formula:
White Eagle Droppings (Ying Fen Bai, 1 liang), Silverfish found in clothes (Yi Zhong Bai Yu, 20 pieces).
Finely grind the above ingredients. Mix with white honey until it resembles thin syrup. Apply to the scars.
Another formula:
Oyster Shell Powder (Muli Fen, 3 liang), Root of Trichosanthes kirilowii var. japonica (Tugua Gen, 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients finely and sift to make a powder. Take 2 qian each night, mix with white honey, and apply to the face and scars. Wash off the next morning with warm water.
Ointment for eliminating scars after pediatric cold damage heat-toxin macular/pustular eruptions have healed:
Fresh Juice of Portulaca Oleracea (Machixian Natural Juice, 1 sheng), Refined Lard (Lian Cheng Zhuzhi, 3 liang).
Combine the above ingredients and simmer over low heat to form an ointment. Apply to the scars day and night.
Another formula:
Sheep Tibia Bone (Yang Jing, 1 piece, soaked in 1 sheng of wine overnight, strained next day to extract juice; extract all marrow from the bone and remove tendons/fascia), Beef Butter (Niu Su, 4 fen/liang).
Place the above two ingredients in a silver pot. Simmer over low heat for three to five boils. Filter with new cotton cloth and store in a clean container. Apply to the face every night; use raw licorice... [text incomplete] the next morning.
Another formula:
Pig Fat (Zhu Zhi, 1 jin), Rat Droppings (Tian Shu, 2 pieces).
Finely chop the above two ingredients. Place in a pot and simmer until the rat droppings are charred. Strain to obtain the oil. Massage and apply to the scars day and night.
Another formula:
Cormorant Droppings (Lu E Fen, 2 liang).
Grind this single ingredient into powder. Mix with 3 he of refined lard from the twelfth lunar month until uniform. Apply to the scars.
Another formula:
Chuan Shengma (Chuan Shengma).
Take an appropriate amount of this single ingredient, finely cut, decoct in water, strain to obtain the juice. Dip cotton in the juice and wipe the scars.
Another formula:
Fermented Soybean (Chi, 1 sheng), Sheep Droppings (Yang Fen, 1 he).
Mix the above ingredients. Decoct in 1 dou of water for more than ten boils. Strain. Adjust temperature as needed and bathe the scars.
Another formula:
Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai, 2 liang, finely cut).
Decoct in 2 sheng of water to reduce to 1 sheng. Strain. Rub onto the scars.
Another formula:
Red Bean Powder (Chixiaodou Mo, 1 liang).
Mix this single ingredient with egg white to resemble thin syrup. Apply to the scars.
Another formula:
High-Quality White Honey (Shang Hao Bai Mi).
Take an appropriate amount of this single ingredient and apply to the entire body. After the scabs fall off, no scars will remain.
Formula for treating pediatric macular/pustular eruptions and eliminating scars:
Sheep Marrow (Yang Gu Sui, 1 fen/liang).
Refine it, add 1 fen of Calomel (Qing Fen), and grind into a white ointment. Store in a porcelain box. Apply to the sores; highly effective for eliminating scars.
