治小儿大肠虚冷。久脱肛。龟头散方。
龟头（一枚枯头者涂酥炙令黄焦） 卷柏（一两） 龙骨（一两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。以散一钱敷上。 按纳之。
治小儿脱肛。宜敷附子散方。
附子（一两生去皮脐） 龙骨（一两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每用散一钱。敷在肛上。 按令入。频频用之。以瘥为度。
治小儿脱肛。久不瘥方。

赤石脂（一分） 伏龙肝（一分）
上件药。细研为散。每以半钱敷肠头。日三上用之。

上用白龙骨末敷肠头。不过三上瘥。

上细墨末。每服。以温酒调下一字。日三服。

Pediatric rectal prolapse refers to the condition where the anus protrudes outward. The anus is an external manifestation of the large intestine (Da Chang). Children often suffer from diarrhea leading to deficiency-cold in the large intestine, which causes the anus to prolapse.
**Guitou San (Turtle Head Powder) for treating pediatric large intestine deficiency-cold and chronic rectal prolapse:**
* Guitou (one piece, dried; apply su [animal fat] and roast until yellow and charred)
* Juanbai (Selaginella tamariscina, 1 liang)
* Longgu (Fossilized mammal bones, 1 liang)
Crush the above ingredients and sift them through a fine sieve to make a powder. Apply one qian of the powder to the affected area and press manually to reduce the prolapse.
**Fuzi San (Aconite Root Powder) for topical application in pediatric rectal prolapse:**
* Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateralis Radix, 1 liang, raw, peel removed, umbilicus removed)
* Longgu (Fossilized mammal bones, 1 liang)
Crush the above ingredients and sift them through a fine sieve to make a powder. Apply one qian of the powder to the anus and press to reduce it. Use frequently until recovery.
**Formula for chronic pediatric rectal prolapse that does not heal:**
* Biejia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, three pieces, dried; apply wine and roast until yellow and charred)
* Langdangzi (Daturae Semen, half liang; wash with water to remove floating seeds, boil until sprouting, dry, then stir-fry until yellow-black)
Grind the above ingredients finely to make a powder. Take half a qian of the powder mixed with rice water on an empty stomach. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size.
**Another Formula:**
* Quefen (Passeridae Excrement, half liang)
* Jiangtan (Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum, one fen, roasted, crushed, and cut)
Crush the above ingredients and sift them through a fine sieve to make a powder. Take one qian of the powder each time, mix with half a spoonful of white flour, knead into wonton shapes, cook thoroughly, and add a little salt and vinegar. Take one wonton every morning.
**Another Formula:**
* Guitou (Turtle Head, 1 liang, roasted until yellow)
* Longgu (Fossilized mammal bones, 1 liang)
Crush the above ingredients and sift them through a fine sieve to make a powder. Apply one qian of the powder to the prolapsed intestinal head and press to reduce it. Use three times a day.
**Another Formula:**
* Puhuang (Typhae Pollen, 1 liang)
* Zhuzhi (Suis Adeps, one or two liang)
Melt the lard and mix with the powdered herbs to form a paste. Apply to the prolapsed intestinal head to facilitate retraction.
**Chishizhi San (Red Halloysite Powder) for pediatric rectal prolapse caused by post-dysentery qi sinking:**
* Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum, one fen)
* Fulonggan (Caulis Argillae Ustus, one fen)
Grind the above ingredients finely to make a powder. Apply half a qian of the powder to the prolapsed intestinal head three times a day.
**Another Formula:**
Apply the powder of Bai Longgu (White Fossilized mammal bones) mentioned earlier to the prolapsed intestinal head. It will heal within no more than three applications.
**Another Formula:**
Take fine ink powder. Mix with warm wine to take "yi zi" (a small measure) per dose. Take three times a day.
**Another Formula:**
* Guitou (Turtle Head, one piece, roasted until charred)
Grind and sift into a powder. Take half a qian mixed with rice water per dose. Take twice a day. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
**Another Formula:**
* Malin Hua (Iris lactea var. chinensis flower, half liang)
Grind and sift into a powder. First wash the area with warm fermented rice water and dry it. Sprinkle half a qian of the powder onto old cotton cloth and press into the anus. Use daily until recovery.
**Another Formula:**
* Zhizhu (Araneus, burnt to ash)
Grind finely and apply topically. Additionally, burn mulberry leaves for fumigation.
**Another Formula:**
* Shengtie (Raw Iron, two jin)
Boil in three bowls of water until reduced to two bowls. Wash the area when the temperature is suitable. It heals immediately.
**Formula for pediatric large intestine deficiency-cold and rectal prolapse:**
* Langdangzi (Daturae Semen, 1 liang, stir-fried until black)
Grind and sift into a powder. First wash the area with warm water and dry it. Apply half a qian of the powder and reduce the intestine. If it does not stay reduced, use Yun Tai Zi... (The text appears incomplete here).

Burn five liang of Nüwei (Cissampelos radices) to fumigate the lower part. It will heal within three to five applications.
