[Shenxian Dong Bu Han Fang (Immortal's Formula for Not Feeling Cold in Winter)]
Alisma Rhizoma (Zexie), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, prepared until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuanjiao, remove seeds and closed fruits, lightly stir-fried until oil appears), Realgar (Xionghuang, finely ground; each of the above 2 liang).
Crush the aforementioned medicines, pass through a fine sieve to make a powder. Grind again to ensure uniformity. Take 2 qian per dose, mix with water and ingest. After three doses, sweating will occur even when wearing only single-layer clothing.

Polygoni Sibirici Fructus (Liaozi, 1 jin), Perillae Fructus (Zisuzi, 1 sheng), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin, 5 liang), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, 2 liang, prepared until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuanjiao, 1 sheng, remove seeds and closed fruits).
Crush the aforementioned medicines, pass through a fine sieve to make a powder. For each dose, take 2 qian mixed with warm water. Take twice daily. After one month, one will no longer feel cold and will not feel cold when entering water.
[Shenxian Han Re Fang (Immortal's Formula for Enduring Cold and Heat)]
Alumen (Baifan, burnt to ash), Halloysitum Rubrum (Baishizhi), Cinnabaris (Dansha, finely ground), Magnetitum (Cishi, crushed and finely ground, processed by water levigation; each of the above 4 liang).
Crush the aforementioned medicines, pass through a sieve to make a powder. Mix with Pinus resin (Songzhi) to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Realgar (Xionghuang), Lithargyrum (Chishizhi), Cinnabaris (Dansha), Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Ganjiang, prepared until cracked, crushed and passed through a sieve to make powder).

Crush the aforementioned medicines into powder, grind again to ensure uniformity. Mix with Pinus resin (Songzhi) to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Swallow five pills on an empty stomach daily. One will not feel cold throughout winter and can avoid cold drafts.
