上为末，水面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，温米饮送下，空心，食前，日三服。

上合研匀，熔蜡和丸，如黄米大，每钱作一百二十丸。每服一丸，小儿半丸。水泻，新
汲水下。赤痢，甘草汤下。白痢，干姜汤下。赤白痢，甘草干姜汤下。并放冷临卧服，忌热
物一、二时辰。
治脾胃虚弱，内挟冷气，心、胁、脐、腹，胀满刺痛，呕吐恶心，饮食减少
水谷不化，怠惰少力，渐向瘦弱。

上为末。每服三钱，水一盏半，生姜三片，同煎七分，食前温服。
Treats weak spleen and stomach, where cold qi invades, causing twisting pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, dysentery with pure white discharge, or when cold and heat pathogens contend, resulting in mixed red and white stool, intestinal sliding without control, and nocturnal diarrhea without limit.
Hematitum (Chishizhi), Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Ganjiang, prepared, equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Use water-mixed wheat flour paste as a binder to make pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time, administered with warm rice decoction, on an empty stomach or before meals, three times daily.
Treats weak internal organs with internal accumulation, causing cramping pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, dysentery with pus and blood, frequent day and night, tenesmus, borborygmus with indigestion, shortness of breath, fatigue, loss of appetite, or alternating chills and fever, gradually leading to emaciation.
Natrii Sulfas (Xiaoshi, finely ground together with Realgar, placed in a porcelain jar, covered with calcined gypsum, fired with charcoal for half a day, removed, and detoxified to remove fire toxicity), Realgar from Xinzhou (1 liang), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 1 liang)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Mix with 2 liang 4 qian of steamed dough to form pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Take 5 pills each time, administered with warm millet decoction. If symptoms persist, increase the number of pills and take again. Children may take 1 to 2 pills, adjusting the dose according to age and condition.
Treats all types of diarrhea and dysentery in adults and children, regardless of cold or heat, red or white, which are persistent, recurrent after remission, and accompanied by abdominal pain.
Crotonis Fructus (Badou, peeled, heart and membrane removed, oil expressed), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren, soaked, peeled, tips removed, ground, 70 seeds), Cera Flava (Huangla, 1 liang 3 qian), Dragon's Blood (Jiaoxiang, 1 liang), Trionycis Carapax et Plastrum (Biezi, charred, 7 pieces)
Grind the above ingredients uniformly. Melt the yellow wax and mix to form pills, sized like yellow millet grains. Each qian of medicinal powder yields 120 pills. Take 1 pill per dose; children take half a pill. For watery diarrhea, administer with fresh well-water; for bloody dysentery, with Licorice Root Decoction (Gancao Tang); for white dysentery, with Prepared Ginger Decoction (Ganjiang Tang); for mixed red and white dysentery, with Licorice and Prepared Ginger Decoction (Gancao Ganjiang Tang). All should be taken cool before bedtime. Avoid hot-natured foods for 1 to 2 shichen (2-4 hours).
Treats weak spleen and stomach with internal cold qi, causing distension and stabbing pain in the heart, hypochondrium, umbilicus, and abdomen, vomiting, nausea, reduced food intake, indigestion of food and fluids, lethargy, weakness, and gradual emaciation.
Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (Qingpi, pith removed), Terminaliae Chebulae Pericarpium (Heqizi Pi, 40 liang each), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, prepared, skin and lateral roots removed, 10 jin), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui, outer bark removed, 5 jin)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add 1.5 zhan of water and 3 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 0.7 zhan, and take warm before meals.
