顽麻，心惊恍惚，肢体战掉，腰腿瘫缓，及香港脚风肿疼痛等疾。

上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如弹子大，每服半丸，薄荷酒嚼下。急风瘫缓，及攻注、筋骨疼
痛，薄荷汁化开一丸，以热酒投下，向患处卧，衣被盖汗出，睡觉疼痛即定。
治急风，不省人事。

Treats acute wind syndrome, characterized by drooling, arm numbness, and dryness and oppression in the chest and diaphragm.
Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, ground), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, ground), Shexiang (Moschus, ground), Chanshao (Periostracum Cicadae, lightly stir-fried, each 1 fen), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, ground), Xionghuang (Realgar, ground), Tian Nan Xing (Arisaematis Rhizoma [note: processing method missing in text]), Zige (Glehniae Radix or similar, text unclear), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, stir-fried), Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu), Lingyangjiao (Capri Cornu), Tianzhu Huang (Sinarundinariae Nodus, ground, each 0.5 liang).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, mix with separately ground medicines evenly. Take at any time, mixed with hot wine, dose is 2 qian.
Treats acute wind apoplexy, hemiplegia, weakness of waist and legs, pain in joints (Li Jie), spasm of hands and feet, deviation of mouth and eyes, dysarthria, limb numbness, palpitations and mental confusion, trembling of limbs, paralysis and flaccidity of waist and legs, as well as Hongxiangjiao (foot qi/gout) with wind swelling and pain.
Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae, 1 liang), Gan Xie (Scorpio, stir-fried, 1 liang), Wushe (Zaocys, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted, 1 liang), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, 1 liang, note: text indicates 'four ingredients' but list is incomplete/mangled), [Missing ingredient], Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove cross-veins), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, processed), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, remove roots and nodes), Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus, remove white skin), Gouji (Cibotii Rhizoma, remove hairs), Xiongque [Text cut off, likely Xiongque Fen (Excrement Passeris)], [Text cut off], Sha [Text cut off, likely Zhusha or Naosha], Shexiang (Moschus, ground, each 3 fen).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, make pills with refined honey, size of a bullet. Each dose is half a pill, chewed and taken down with mint wine. For acute wind paralysis and flaccidity, or attacking pain in tendons and bones, dissolve one pill in mint juice, take with hot wine. Lie facing the affected area, cover with blankets to induce sweating; upon waking, pain will subside.
Treats acute wind causing loss of consciousness.
Xionghuang (Realgar, ground), Xiangmo (Ink Stick), Gan Xie (Scorpio, stir-fried), Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae, stir-fried, each 0.5 liang), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, ground), Shexiang (Moschus, ground), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis [dose missing/cut off]).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, mix with ground medicines evenly. Take at any time, mixed with warm wine, dose is 1 qian. Excellent effect.
Treats all types of acute wind, opisthotonos, spasms and convulsions of four limbs, trismus, bone and joint pain, as well as tetanus (Po Shang Feng).
Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata, remove skin and navel), Fuzi (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata, remove skin and navel), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma), Baihuashe (Bungarus multicinctus, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed), Dansha (Cinnabaris, ground, each 1 liang).
Use all raw materials, pound and sieve the six ingredients into a fine powder, mix with separately ground medicines evenly. Store in a porcelain box. Each dose is 0.5 qian to 1 qian, taken with Doulin Jiu (bean-leavened wine) or Congbai Jiu (scallion-white decoction wine). For trismus, apply a small amount of powder to rub the teeth to open them. Excellent effect.
