当归 枸杞 生地 人参 莲花蕊各四两 五加皮二两 黑豆一千二百粒 桑椹子四两
槐角子一两 何首乌（黑豆蒸九次，晒干）四两 没石子一对 旱莲草三两
共入绢袋内缝住，用上好五加皮酒三十斤共入坛内，封固三七日，将酒榨出，其药晒干
为末
乌须黑发，滋益非常。
熟地二两 枸杞二两 莲须二两 槐角子（酒浸），二两 南薄荷三两，（一半入药，一
半为衣） 没石子一两 人参五钱 木香五钱
为末，炼蜜为丸，弹子大。每日服三丸。
治诸般火风时眼。
明矾三钱（为末） 铜绿三钱（为末） 白果三十个 乌梅肉三十个 杏仁三十个
先将白果、乌梅、杏仁捣烂，后入矾、绿二味，和匀为丸，如芡实大。用纱袋包裹，以
线扎之，投入滚水，泡出绿水，以青布洗眼。
服一二剂即止，再服清火之药 当归一钱 川芎八分 生地一钱 赤芍一钱 羌活一钱
防风一钱 薄荷七分 白芷八分 生大黄二钱
水煎服，名洗肝散。
川连一钱 地骨皮一钱 白矾一钱 铜青五分 鲜槐条五节 川椒七粒 用水一大
碗，煎滚取起，少冷又煎，如此三次。去渣入瓷罐收贮，埋土内七日，取出用鸡翎扫眼角，
忌风十四日。
Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归), Fructus Lycii (Gouqi, 枸杞), Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shengdi, 生地), Radix Ginseng (Renshen, 人参), Stamen Nelumbinis (Lianhua Rui, 莲花蕊) each four liang; Cortex Eucommiae (Wujia Pi, 五加皮) two liang; Sojae Semen Nigrum (Heidou, 黑豆) one thousand two hundred grains; Morus alba Fruit (Sangshenzi, 桑椹子) four liang; Sophorae Fructus (Huaijiaozi, 槐角子) one liang; Polygoni Multiflori Radix (Heshouwu, 何首乌) four liang (steamed nine times with Sojae Semen Nigrum and dried); Myrobalan (Meishizi, 没石子) a pair; Ecliptae Herba (Hanliancao, 旱莲草) three liang.
Place all the above herbs into a silk bag and sew it shut. Add thirty jin of high-quality Cortex Eucommiae wine into a jar together with the bag. Seal tightly for twenty-one days (three seven-day periods). Extract the wine, dry the medicinal residues, and grind them into fine powder.
This prescription darkens beard hair and blackens head hair, offering extraordinary nourishing benefits.
Prepared Radix Rehmanniae (Shudi, 熟地) two liang, Fructus Lycii (Gouqi, 枸杞) two liang, Stamen Nelumbinis (Lianxu, 莲须) two liang, Sophorae Fructus (Huaijiaozi, 槐角子) two liang (soaked in wine), Mentha haplocalyx (Nan Bohe, 南薄荷) three liang (half used in the formula, half used as coating), Myrobalan (Meishizi, 没石子) one liang, Radix Ginseng (Renshen, 人参) five qian, Costi Rhizoma (Muxiang, 木香) five qian.
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of a bullet. Take three pills daily.
Treats various acute eye conditions caused by fire and wind pathogens.
Alumen (Mingfan, 明矾) three qian (ground into powder), Malachite (Tonglv, 铜绿) three qian (ground into powder), Ginkgo Seed (Baiguo, 白果) thirty pieces, Prunus mume Flesh (Wumei Rou, 乌梅肉) thirty pieces, Armeniacae Semen (Xingren, 杏仁) thirty pieces.
First, crush the Ginkgo Seeds, Prunus mume flesh, and Armeniacae seeds until paste-like. Then add the Alumen and Malachite powders, mix evenly, and form pills the size of an Indian corn seed. Wrap in gauze, tie securely with thread, and immerse in boiling water to extract green liquid. Use a blue cloth dipped in this liquid to wash the eyes.
Stop after taking one or two doses, then take fire-clearing medicine: Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归) one qian, Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎) eight fen, Prepared Radix Rehmanniae (Shengdi, 生地) one qian, Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishao, 赤芍) one qian, Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活) one qian, Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风) one qian, Mentha haplocalyx (Bohe, 薄荷) seven fen, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) eight fen, Raw Radix Rhei (Sheng Dahuang, 生大黄) two qian.
Decoct in water and drink. This is named Liver-Washing Powder (Xigan San, 洗肝散).
Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian, 川连) one qian, Cortex Lycii (Digupi, 地骨皮) one qian, Alumen (Bai Fan, 白矾) one qian, Malachite (Tongqing, 铜青) five fen, Fresh Sophora Branches (Xian Huaitiao, 鲜槐条) five segments, Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao, 川椒) seven grains. Use one large bowl of water, boil until bubbling, remove from heat, let cool slightly, and boil again. Repeat this process three times. Remove dregs, store the liquid in a porcelain jar, bury in soil for seven days, then remove. Use a chicken feather to sweep the corners of the eyes. Avoid wind exposure for fourteen days.
Use mulberry leaves harvested after frost, decoct in water to wash the eyes, and the condition will heal spontaneously.
Cortex Mori (Sangpi, 桑皮) one liang, burn to ash, use one cup of water, decoct until reduced to eight-tenths, remove dregs, and wash until vision becomes clear like that of a child within one year.
