疗乳妇气脉壅塞，乳汁不行及经络凝滞，奶乳胀痛，留蓄邪毒，或作痈肿。此药服之，
自然内消，乳汁通行。
漏芦（二两半） 蛇蜕（十条，炙） 栝蒌（十个，急火烧令焦、存性）
上为末，温酒调下二钱，无时候。服药后即以猪蹄羹投之。《经验方》有牡蛎，并烧存
性。一方只用牡蛎 为末，酒调下二钱。
又方∶葵菜子（炮香） 缩砂仁（各等分）
上为细末，每服二钱，热酒调下。滋益气脉，荣卫行，津液上。蔡张不愚方，常用极有
验。
疗乳妇气少血衰，脉涩不行，乳汁绝少。
成炼钟乳粉（研），浓煎漏芦汤，调下二钱。
疗产后乳无汁。
土瓜根 漏芦（各三两） 甘草（二两） 通草（四两）
上水八升，煎取二升，分温三服。忌如常法。
一方加桂心并为末，饮服方寸匕。
一方猪胰如食法，煮清粥食之验。
下乳汁立效方。
粳米 糯米（各半合） 莴苣子（一合，并淘净） 生甘草（半两）
上煎汁一升，研前药令细，去滓，分作三服，立下。
又方∶漏芦（一方二分） 蛴螬（各三分） 栝蒌根 土瓜根（各四分）
上为细末，酒调方寸匕，日三服。一方无土瓜根，有钟乳，沙糖水调服。
又方∶通草（十分） 钟乳粉 麦门冬（各六分）
上为细末，食后，酒服方寸匕。日三、二服效。《千金方》同，有理石。（二方出《产
宝》）
一方∶土瓜根为末，酒服方寸匕，日三、二服效。
一方∶猪蹄（一只） 通草（四两）
上以水一斗，煮作羹食之，最妙。
Treats postpartum women with qi and blood vessel obstruction, non-lactation, and stagnation of meridians and collaterals, causing breast distension and pain, retention of pathogenic toxins, or formation of carbuncles. After taking this medicine, the internal accumulation will naturally dissipate, and lactation will resume.
Lupulus Radix (Er Liang Ban) Ophichthidis Cutis (Shi Tiao, roasted) Trichosanthis Fructus (Shi Ge, rapidly fired until charred but retaining efficacy)
Grind the above into powder, mix with warm wine to take two qian, at any time. Immediately after taking the medicine, consume pork trotter soup. The *Experience Formula* includes Ostrea Concha, also roasted to retain efficacy. Another method uses only Ostrea Concha ground into powder, taken with wine, two qian per dose.
Another formula: Malvae Semen (processed until fragrant) Amomi Fructus Rotundus (equal parts each)
Grind the above into fine powder, take two qian per dose, mixed with hot wine. It nourishes qi and blood vessels, promotes the circulation of Ying and Wei Qi, and allows body fluids to ascend. Cai Zhangbuyu's formula is commonly used and highly effective.
Treats postpartum women with deficient qi and blood, sluggish pulse, and extremely scanty lactation.
Processed Halloysitum Rubrum (ground), mix with concentrated decoction of Lupulus Radix to take two qian.
Treats postpartum absence of milk.
Cucumeris Radix Luffae Lupulus Radix (each three liang) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (two liang) Trogopterori Massam (four liang)
Add eight sheng of water, decoct to obtain two sheng, divide into three warm doses. Observe usual dietary restrictions.
Another formula adds Cinnamomi Cortex, grind into powder, take with drink using a Fang Cun Bi measure.
Another method processes pig pancreas as food, cook with clear congee and eat; this is effective.
Immediate Effect Formula for Promoting Lactation.
Oryza Sativa Glutinosa Rice (each half he) Lactucae Semen (one he, thoroughly washed) Raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (half liang)
Decoct the juice to one sheng, grind the previous medicines finely, strain, divide into three doses, takes immediate effect.
Another formula: Lupulus Radix (Yi Fang Er Fen) Larva Bomblydis (each San Fen) Trichosanthis Radix Cucumeris Radix (each Si Fen)
Grind into fine powder, mix with wine to take a Fang Cun Bi, three times daily. Another version lacks Cucumeris Radix but includes Halloysitum Rubrum, taken with sugar water.
Another formula: Trogopterori Massam (Shi Fen) Halloysitum Rubrum Ophiopogonis Radix (each Liu Fen)
Grind into fine powder, take a Fang Cun Bi with wine after meals. Two or three times daily yields results. The *Qianjin Fang* is similar, containing Dendromaritini Arthrostachys (Two formulas from *Chanbao*).
One formula: Cucumeris Radix ground into powder, taken with wine, a Fang Cun Bi, two or three times daily yields results.
One formula: Pig Trotters (one piece) Trogopterori Massam (four liang)
Add ten dou of water, boil into a thick soup and eat; this is most excellent.
