《孙真人海上方》，洞有旧石刻，第以碑小方多，字画伤于琐屑，不便检阅，且舛讹太
甚，乃令生员谢沾细加订正，砻石大书。旧有木刻，病证列于目录，诗首止列号数，读者须
寻病于前，而求方于后，尤为不便，兹将病证即列诗首，似亦省目。其他风药论及九转灵丹
诸方，洞前已有楷书大碑，兹不复赘及之。
隆庆六年岁在壬申三月之吉秦王守中识
途中大暑最堪怜，急取车轮土五钱，
盏内澄清汤服尽，身轻体健即安然。
伤寒咳嗽夜无眠，细碾明矾末一钱，
半夏橘皮姜共煮，煎汤调下化粘涎。
鱼脐疮毒为难治，火内飞矾地上摊，
寒食面糊才粘贴，生肌退肿即时安。
口疮发作痛难言，香麝铜青一处研，
干捻些儿频掺上，不超时刻自安然。
妇人临产十分难，若得良方也不艰，
寻取路傍草鞋鼻，烧灰酒下即时安。
妇人口舌并焦干，不治如何得暂安，
寻取黄鸡肝一具，烧灰调酒似灵丹。
迎风冷泪听根原，腊月寻桑不等闲，
若得梢头不落叶，煎汤频洗自然安。
小便不快有何难，不用庸医说再三，
匾竹水煎连口咽，方知此法不虚传。
"Sun Zhenren's Hai Shang Fang" (Master Sun's Emergency Formulas from the Sea), there are old stone carvings in the cave. However, because the stele is small and contains many formulas, the characters are too trivial and detailed, making them inconvenient to consult, and there are too many errors. Therefore, I instructed the student Xie Zhan to carefully correct them, polish the stone, and write them in large characters. In the original woodblock print, diseases were listed in the table of contents, while the beginning of each poem only listed numbers. Readers had to search for the disease in the preceding text and then seek the formula in the latter part, which was particularly inconvenient. Now, the diseases are listed directly at the beginning of each poem, which seems to save effort. Regarding other discussions on wind-dispelling medicines and formulas such as Jiuzhuan Lingdan (Nine-Turn Spirit Elixir), there are already large steles with regular script calligraphy in front of the cave, so they will not be repeated here.

Suffering greatly from intense heat while traveling, urgently take five qian of soil from a cart wheel;
Clarify it in a cup and drink it down with warm water; the body becomes light and healthy, immediately at peace.
For cold damage coughing preventing sleep at night, finely grind one qian of alum powder;
Boil together Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), and Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens); decoct into soup and take to resolve sticky phlegm.
Fish-umbilical sore toxicity is difficult to treat; calcine alum in fire and spread it on the ground;
Paste it with Han Shi Mian Hu (Cold Food Paste) to generate flesh and reduce swelling, bringing immediate relief.
Mouth ulcers erupt with unbearable pain; grind Xiangshe (Moschus) and Tong Qing (Chalcanthite) together;
Dry-grind a small amount and frequently apply it; within moments, natural peace returns.
Childbirth for women is extremely difficult; if a good formula is obtained, it is not hard;
Find the nose of straw sandals by the road, burn them to ash, and take with wine for immediate relief.
Women's mouth and tongue become scorched and dry; how can temporary relief be achieved without treatment?
Find one yellow chicken liver, burn it to ash, mix with wine, and it acts like a miraculous elixir.
For cold tears flowing in the wind, listen to the root cause; do not neglect searching for mulberry trees in the twelfth lunar month;
If you obtain branches that have not yet dropped their leaves, decoct and wash frequently for natural peace.
Difficulty in urination is no hardship; do not let quack doctors speak repeatedly;
Decoct Bian Zhu (Bambusa Textilis Water or specific bamboo variety water) and swallow continuously; then you will know this method is not false.
Difficulty in defecation, listen to my words; abdominal fullness like a mountain makes sitting and rising difficult;
Grind Hemp Seed juice with water; consume it quickly for natural peace.
Nasal bleeding gushing like a spring; burning miscellaneous items to ash is not difficult;
Blow the ash into the nostrils using a bamboo tube; instantly feels like encountering an immortal.
