Xinmen (B16, Fontanelle): Also known as the Tian Ting Gai. If the bone is shattered and protrudes, it is untreatable.
Liang Taiyang (Both Temples): Severe injuries here are difficult to treat.
Jie Liang: Located on the nasal bridge, directly between the two eyes. If broken, it is untreatable.
Tu: Refers to the Jie Hou (Adam's apple). If broken, it is untreatable.
Sai: Located below the Jie Hou, above the Heng Gu (hyoid bone), and above the Kong Tan. Injuries here are untreatable. Below the Sai, from the Heng Gu down to the suspended Ren Zi Gu (xiphoid process/costal cartilage junction), each segment of one cun and three fen represents a level; the lower the segment injured, the more critical the condition.
Shi Du: Located below the heart pit.
Dantian: Located within one cun and three fen below the umbilicus, corresponding to the bladder area. Injuries caused by upward thrusting ("Dao Cha") are untreatable, leading to death within one month.
Wai Shen (External Kidneys/Testicles): If crushed, it is untreatable.
Nao Hou (Back of the Head): Assessed similarly to Xinmen.
Bai Lao: Opposite the external organs.
Tian Zhu Gu (Heavenly Pillar Bone/Upper Cervical Spine): Opposite the Tu (Adam's apple); if broken, it is untreatable.
Wei Zi Gu (Tailbone/Coccyx): If shattered, it is untreatable.
Liang Shen (Both Kidneys): Located on the left and right of the spine, opposite the anterior umbilicus. If the patient cries after injury, it is untreatable.
Haidi Xue (Sea Bottom Acupoint): Located at the junction of the urinary and anal openings. Severe injuries here are untreatable.
Ruan Lei (Soft Ribs): The area under the left breast, also called He Du.
Qi Men (Gate of Qi): Located where the pulse throbs above the breast. Injury causes Qi blockage; if rescue is delayed beyond three hours, it is fatal.
Xue Hai (Sea of Blood): The soft rib area under the right breast.
Above Both Breasts: Long-term injury on the left will inevitably lead to coughing; long-term injury on the right will inevitably lead to hiccups.

Diagnosis for Auspicious or Inauspicious Outcomes
First, examine both eyes: If there is blood stasis inside, the sclera must show blood vessels. More blood vessels indicate more blood stasis; fewer vessels indicate less stasis. If the eyes and pupils move freely, it is easy to treat; otherwise, it is difficult to heal.
Second, examine the fingernails: Lift the middle fingernail; if the color returns immediately upon release, it is easy to treat. If it takes a short while to return to normal color, the disease is severe. If the color is purple, it is untreatable.
Third, examine the penis: If it does not retract, it is treatable; if it retracts, it is difficult to treat.
Fourth, examine the toes: Assess them similarly to the fingers.
Fifth, examine the soles of the feet: If red and lively, it is easy to treat; if yellow, it is difficult to treat.
The above constitute the "Five Absolutes" (Wu Jue). If all five are present, it is untreatable. If only one or two are present, medical treatment may still be effective.

Upward force indicates smooth Qi flow; horizontal punches indicate Cold Qi; upward thrusting ("Dao Cha") indicates rebellious Qi, which is the most critical. All internal injuries fear upward thrusting the most. This is because blood follows Qi; when Qi rebels, blood merely coagulates. Injuries opposite the front of the heart and back can lead to chronic weakness over time. Injuries to the small intestine, abdomen, and belly will inevitably lead to jaundice over time.
When a person first suffers a blow, within seven days, blood and Qi have not yet accumulated; dispersing and invigorating blood is appropriate. By the fourteenth day, if blood stasis remains in the chest, its path leads to the Large Intestine, causing abdominal pain, requiring purgatives to move the bowels. When treating blows, examine the nails; blackness also indicates injury. If the testicles ascend, it is a very critical condition. According to Liver Meridian patterns, chest injuries with blood will inevitably result in hemoptysis.
