According to *Chushi Bingyuan* (Source of Diseases in Children) regarding the syndrome of chest and hypochondriac fullness and pain in children: When raising infants, if care is not regulated properly, they may be injured by cold and heat pathogens. Cold qi enters the abdomen and accumulates due to deficiency; subsequently, improper feeding with milk, combined with disharmony of cold and heat, triggers latent cold, which clashes with qi and fails to dissipate. Located between the chest and diaphragm, this causes fullness and pain.
