For infants suffering from "nai pi" (milk accumulation) accompanied by unclear vision, moxibustion should be applied to the Shu Zhong Yu acupoint located in the middle of the eyebrows. Apply one moxa cone to each of the two points. The method for locating this point refers to the Jian Nei point, which is found in the depression 2 cun lateral to the spine.
For children with "pi qi" (abdominal masses) that persist and do not resolve over time, moxibustion should be applied to the Zhong Wan and Zhang Men acupoints. Zhong Wan is located below the collarbone hollow (Supraclavicular Fossa), measured using four finger widths of the affected child. Zhang Men is located lateral to the greater transverse process bone, directly opposite the umbilicus, at the end of the costal margin. To locate it, have the child lie on their side, flex the upper limb, and raise the arm. Apply seven moxa cones to each of these two points. Additionally, apply fourteen moxa cones to the center of the lower back behind the umbilicus (near Mingmen). Master Yu has experience using this method: Moxibustion on the Pi Shu acupoint can treat pediatric hypochondriac fullness, diarrhea and dysentery, heavy body, flaccidity and inability to control the limbs, abdominal masses and colic, anorexia, phlegm-malaria with alternating chills and fever, abdominal distension radiating to the back, increased appetite but gradual emaciation and yellowing. This point is located 1.5 cun lateral to the midline, below the eleventh thoracic vertebra; apply seven moxa cones. For "Huang Gan" (yellow malnutrition), apply three moxa cones.
Shenghui Ganlu Yinzi: Treats pediatric epigastric and hypochondriac痞结 (obstruction/knotting), distension, and inability to unblock.
Ingredients: Kansui Radix (Gansui, 1 fen, roasted until slightly yellow), Citrus Reticulata Pericarpium (Qingpi, soaked, white pith removed, dried), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Rheum Palmatum Rhizome (Chuan Dahuang, crushed, lightly stir-fried, each 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one small cup of water, decoct, remove dregs, and take warm. Adjust dosage according to the child's age/size. Stop when bowel movements become smooth and harmonious. Afterwards, administer cooled millet gruel to nourish the stomach.
Pi-Removing Formula:

Wrap the cake in dough and bake slowly over low heat until yellow. Remove from fire, discard dough, and grind the medicinal cake into fine powder. Add drops of water to make pills the size of Millet seeds. One-year-olds take 5 pills; two-year-olds take 10 pills. Send down with warm sour rice water before sleep. Effectiveness is indicated by the discharge of foul matter at dawn. If no discharge occurs, gradually increase the number of pills. If milk accumulation is not fully resolved, administer another dose after 2-3 days, continuing until the accumulation is completely eliminated.
Sanleng Jian Wan: Treats pediatric bloating, pain, and indigestion caused by overeating, which leads to chronic accumulation (pi). This formula is also transmitted for treating blood stasis and blood masses in women, with particularly effective results.
