Treating before symptoms manifest is how wise individuals preserve their health. The proposed prescription is as follows: take one dose every five days, which serves as a strategy to prevent illness.
Prepared Pinellia Rhizome (Zhi Banxia), Red and White Poria (Chi Bai Ling), Broad-leaved Citrus Peel (Guang Chenpi), Polyporus (Zhuling), Scorched Atractylodes Rhizome (Jiao Cangzhu), Raw and Cooked Coix Seed (Sheng Shu Yiren), Alisma Rhizome (Zexie), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Areca Seed (Dafupi), Ginger and Jujube (Jiang Zao).
Zuo suffered from severe abdominal pain and passed roundworms in the stool. This is caused by accumulation and binding of damp-heat leading to intestinal roundworm erosion.

Child: Complexion is greenish-yellow, with white spots on lips and mouth; abdominal pain comes and goes intermittently; previously passed roundworms. This is caused by cold-dampness accumulating in the stomach, leading to worm generation. It is proposed to administer both decoction and pills simultaneously.

Certain Patient: Severe abdominal pain, intermittent in nature. Pulse at the Guan position is wiry, and the right side is slippery. This is due to internal stagnation of damp-heat, failure of Liver Wood to dredge and drain smoothly, resulting in the movement of roundworms.
