治痔疮大便下血 用槐树上木耳为末，米饮调一钱，日三服。
又方 治痔漏 用蜣螂不拘多少，焙干为末，先用白矾水洗净贴之。
又方 用槐花、炒枳壳去瓤各一两，为细末，醋糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二十丸，米饮汤，空心食前下。
又方 用凤眼草，赤皮葱，椒，三味捣渣，同煎百滚，盛坐盆内，令热气熏痔。但通手洗之，如此不过三次，愈矣。
治五痔，用苍耳二两，捣为末。食前粥饮调下一钱，效。
又方 鼠乳痔 用蜘蛛丝缠其上，自然消落。
又方 治痔疮下血 用马齿苋洗去土，捣碎绞汁，缓火煎成膏，停冷。每日取少许，作丸，纳所患处。
又方 肛门边肿硬，痒痛不可忍者 以白矾三分，碎研，用热童便二盏，化开洗痔上。一日二三次，效。
又方 用桃树根煮汁，一日二三次洗之。或用盐汤洗之。
又方 用枳壳烧烟熏，一方枳壳煎汤洗，一方枳壳为末，米饮调服，甚效。
又方 用鱼腥草（其状三角，一边青，山中多有之。其叶若荇菜，多生佛殿阴处。以指捻臭与鱼腥相似也）取一
握，煎汤熏洗，仍以草挹痔，即愈。
又方 治痔疮 用鳗鲡烧熏粪门，痔虫尽死。
治漏疮恶水自大肠出 用黑牵牛研细去皮，细末一分，入猪腰子内，以线扎青荷叶包，火煨熟，细嚼，温盐酒下。
Treatment for hemorrhoids with blood in stool: Use wood ear fungus from the locust tree (Huaishu), grind into powder, mix with rice water to take one qian, three times a day.
Another prescription for treating fistula-in-ano: Use dung beetles (Qianglang) in any quantity, bake until dry and grind into powder. First wash the affected area with alum water and apply the powder.
Another prescription: Take Sophora flower (Huaihua) and fried Zhiqiao (Bitter Orange Peel, remove pulp) each one liang, grind into fine powder, make pills with vinegar paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills each time, with rice soup, on an empty stomach before meals.
Another prescription: Take Fengyancao (Phyllanthus urinaria), scallions with red skin, and Sichuan pepper. Pound these three ingredients into dregs, boil together for a hundred rolls (vigorous boiling), pour into a sitz bath basin, let the steam fumigate the hemorrhoids. Wash gently when comfortable. This need not be done more than three times to achieve cure.
Treatment for five types of hemorrhoids: Take Erxiancao (Xanthium sibiricum) two liang, pound into powder. Mix with porridge water to take one qian before meals; effective.
Another prescription for Shuru hemorrhoids (mouse-like hemorrhoids): Wrap spider silk around them, they will naturally shrink and fall off.
Another prescription for hemorrhoids with bleeding: Take Purslane (Machixian), wash away dirt, crush and squeeze out juice, simmer slowly over low heat until it becomes a paste, let cool. Take a small amount daily, form into pills, insert into the affected area.
Another prescription for swelling and hardness at the anal verge with unbearable itching and pain: Take three fen of Alum (Baifan), grind finely, dissolve in two zhan of hot child's urine, wash the hemorrhoids with this solution. Two to three times a day; effective.
Another prescription: Boil peach root (Taoshugen) in water, wash the area two to three times a day. Or wash with salt water.
Another prescription: Fumigate with smoke from burning Zhiqiao (Bitter Orange Peel); another method is washing with decoction of Zhiqiao; yet another is taking Zhiqiao powder mixed with rice water. Very effective.
Another prescription: Take a handful of Hedyotis diffusa (Yuxingcao) [description: triangular shape, green on one side, common in mountains; leaves resemble Nymphoides peltata, grows in shady places like Buddhist halls; smells fishy when rubbed]. Decoct in water for fumigation and washing, still use the herb to dab the hemorrhoids, then it will heal.
Another prescription for treating hemorrhoids: Burn eel (Manli) to fumigate the anus, killing all hemorrhoid worms.
Treatment for foul fluid draining from the large intestine due to fistula sores: Grind Black Qianqiu (Black Morning Glory Seed) finely, peel, take one fen of fine powder, place inside a pig kidney, tie tightly with thread, wrap in green lotus leaf, roast over fire until cooked. Chew thoroughly, swallow with warm salted wine.
