[Translation]
In the past, Cang Gong (Chunyu Yi, a famous physician of the Han Dynasty) traveled throughout the world relying on his medical skills. The longer he practiced, the more refined his techniques became, and the greater the number of prescriptions he accumulated. This demonstrates that treating diseases requires prescriptions, and it is especially important to accumulate a rich collection of prescriptions to benefit others.

[The text here appears fragmented or corrupted in the source: "Cannot be rare treasures / Thus benefiting people / Prescriptions / Divided into emergency formulas / Collectively gathered five / Righteousness / My late father collected them / Worries / Now grandson? / Although / Formulas match diseases / If there were no prescriptions / It would be acceptable."]
On the Winter Solstice day of the Jia Yin year, the 12th year of the Yongzheng reign, Tao Chengxi, Scholar of Qingshan in Kuaiji, inscribed this at the Lechang Guesthouse.

Original Prescription: Zijin Ding (Purple Gold Pill), also known as Yushu Dan (Jade Pivot Pill). For each batch, add Sanqian (3 qian) of Xionghuang (Realgar) and Sanqian (3 qian) of Zhusha (Cinnabar). The method of preparation is the same as below, but its efficacy is not as potent as the original formula; however, for external application on carbuncles, it surpasses the original formula.

Shanwen Ge (Mountain Clam Shell, 2 liang): Remove the pulp, clean thoroughly.
Qianjinzi (Croton Seed, 1 liang): Also known as Xusui Zi (Crotonis Fructus), remove the oil and shell.

Hongya Daji (Red-bud Euphorbia Root, 1.5 liang): Remove the root crown, wash clean. Hangzhou Purple Daji is considered superior, Jiangnan varieties are secondary, Northern Mian Daji... [Text seems incomplete/corrupted regarding origin comparison].
Grind the above herbs into an extremely fine powder.
Boil glutinous rice flour to make a paste, mix with the powder, and pound together in a mortar for over a thousand strikes. Mold into pills. Each pill weighs one qian. Take one pill per dose; for severe cases, take two consecutive pills. Continue until bowel movement is unobstructed.
