Large river snail (4 pieces) Garlic (5 cloves, peeled) Plantaginis Semen (Cheqianzi) (3 qian, ground into powder)
Mash and grind these three ingredients together into a paste. Apply it to the center of the umbilicus (Shenque, CV8), securing it with a handkerchief. Shortly after application, urine will gradually flow out naturally, and the swelling will immediately subside.

Decoct Periplocae Herba (Mabiancao) together with Artemisiae Annuae Herba (Liujinu) for oral administration. Alternatively, administer as a powder; the effect is miraculous.
