Treats deficiency of both Qi and Blood, with reduced appetite.
Lianzi (Lotus Seed) [remove the plumule but keep the skin, eight liang, soaked in wine overnight], one large pig stomach. Clean the stomach thoroughly, wipe it clean with white sugar, insert the lotus seeds inside, and suture the opening.

Take one large black sow's stomach, clean it well, insert Bai Lianzi (White Lotus Seeds) [remove the plumule, six liang], suture the opening, steam until cooked, then dry by baking.
