治眼痛不能视物。上星穴，其穴在鼻直上入发际一寸陷中，灸七壮。仍先灸
穴，其穴在肩膊内兼第六椎骨下两旁三寸；其穴，抱肩取之，灸二七壮。次灸风
池穴，其穴在 发际陷中，与中府正相并耶，是侧边相去各二寸。
治青盲无所见远，目中淫肤白膜覆瞳人。灸巨 穴。其穴在鼻孔下夹水沟傍
是也。
治目暗，灸大椎下数至第十节，当脊中灸二百壮，甚验也。
治风翳，灸。若患右目，灸右手中指本节头骨上五壮，艾如小麦大。患左目，
灸左手亦如之。
治卒生翳，灸大指节横纹三壮。患右灸右，患左灸左，兼治不明泪出也。
酒调散
旋复花 荆芥穗 苍术 甘草 菊花
各等分为末，每服二三钱，酒调下。盐汤调下亦可。
四顺散
大黄 川芎 栀子 朴硝 赤芍药 枳壳（以上各五钱） 生地黄（三钱）
有气加香附子，有痛加没药，白汤下。
八解散
人参 茯苓 甘草 陈皮 藿香 白术 浓朴 半夏 姜（三片） 葱（一根）
煎服。
拨云散
羌活 防风 柴胡 甘草（各炒一两）
上为末，每服二三钱 白汤下。
四顺、八解散见上
洗心散
当归 大黄 赤芍药 甘草 天花粉 荆芥 麻黄 白术 薄荷 猪苓 泽泻 黄芩 茯苓
上水煎，食后服。
泻肝散
薄荷 当归 羌活 防风 大黄 山栀 川芎 甘草 菊花（各等分）
上 咀水煎服。
Treats eye pain and inability to see. Select Shangxing (Shangxing, 上星) acupoint; this point is located in the depression one cun above the hairline, directly above the nose root. Moxibustion: seven moxa cones. Additionally, first moxa [Missing Acupoint], located on the medial aspect of the shoulder/arm, three cun lateral to the lower border of the sixth thoracic vertebra; locate by embracing the shoulder. Moxibustion: fourteen moxa cones. Next, moxa Fengchi (Fengchi, GB20) acupoint; this point is in the depression at the hairline, aligned with Zhongfu (Zhongfu, LU1), approximately two cun apart laterally.
Treats Qingmang (blindness/severe visual impairment) with distant vision loss, where a white membrane covers the pupil. Moxa Juliao (Juliao, ST3). This point is located below the nostril, adjacent to the philtrum.
Treats dim vision. Moxa Dazhui (Dazhui, GV14) down to the tenth vertebral segment, directly on the midline of the spine. Moxibustion: two hundred moxa cones. Highly effective.
Treats wind nebula (corneal opacity). Moxa [Missing Acupoint]. If the right eye is affected, moxa five cones on the proximal interphalangeal joint bone of the right middle finger; moxa cone size like a wheat grain. If the left eye is affected, apply similarly to the left hand.
Treats sudden onset of nebula. Moxa three cones at the transverse crease of the thumb joint. Treat right side for right eye, left side for left eye; also treats blurred vision and tearing.
[Formulas]
Jiu Tiao San (Wine-Adjusted Powder)
Ingredients: Inulae Flos (Xuanfuhua, 旋复花), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjiesui, 荆芥穗), Atractodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu, 苍术), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草).
Preparation: Grind equal parts into fine powder. Dosage: 2–3 qian per dose, taken with wine. Can also be taken with salt water.
Si Shun San (Four-Harmonizing Powder)
Ingredients: Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi, 栀子), Natrii Sulfas (Piaoxiao, 朴硝), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao, 赤芍药), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao, 枳壳) (each 5 qian); Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) (3 qian).
Modifications: Add Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu, 香附子) for Qi stagnation; add Myrrha (Moyao, 没药) for pain. Take with plain boiled water.
Ba Jie San (Eight-Resolving Powder)
Ingredients: Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, 陈皮), Agastachis Herba (Huoxiang, 藿香), Atractodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Noupu, 浓朴), Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum (Banxia, 半夏), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 姜) (3 slices), Allii Fistulosi Bulb (Congbai, 葱) (1 stalk).
Preparation: Decoct and take orally.
Bo Yun San (Cloud-Dispelling Powder)
Ingredients: Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, 柴胡), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (each stir-fried 1 liang).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder. Dosage: 2–3 qian per dose, taken with plain boiled water.

Xi Xin San (Heart-Washing Powder)
Ingredients: Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao, 赤芍药), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草), Platycodonis Radix (Tianhuafen, 天花粉), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie, 荆芥), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄), Atractodis Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术), Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe, 薄荷), Polyporus (Zhuling, 猪苓), Alismatis Rhizoma (Zexie, 泽泻), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓).
Preparation: Decoct in water; take after meals.
Xie Gan San (Liver-Draining Powder)
Ingredients: Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe, 薄荷), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风), Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄), Gardeniae Fructus (Shanzhi, 山栀), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草), Chrysanthemi Flos (Juhua, 菊花) (equal parts).
Preparation: Chop ingredients, decoct in water, and take orally.
