胡椒（一两） 木香（一钱重） 蝎尾（去毒，半两）
上为细末，糊丸绿豆大，每服廿丸，陈米饮送下，无时。

团参 桑白皮（锉，各二两） 人参 陈皮（洗） 桂（去皮） 白术 诃子（去核）
麦门冬（去心） 大腹皮（锉，炒） 杏仁（炒，去皮尖） 半夏曲（各一两） 槟榔（锉）
芫花（醋炒） 附子（炮，去皮） 泽泻 吴茱萸（炒） 枳实（麸炒，去穣，各半两）
上为细末，姜面糊丸如梧桐子大，米饮下十丸，未效，加至三十丸。刘尉服时，去芫花，
加牵牛粉半两取效，牵牛只取第一次粉用，丸作大丸，却以水一盏煎服尤妙！
治气上不得卧神秘汤，《千金方》，葛丞相传。
橘皮 生姜 紫苏 人参 五味子
上等分，各五两， 咀，以水七升，煮取三升，分三服。《指迷方》以桑白皮易五味子。

Xiangfu Zi (Cyperus Rhizome, select plump tubers, remove all black skin, lightly stir-fry, 4 liang) Jianghuang (Curcuma Longa Rhizome, soak in hot water overnight, wash clean, dry and weigh 2 liang) Gancao (Licorice Root).

This is the Qianshi Pediatric Formula plus Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix). Liu Wei from Qingliu took it and achieved efficacy!
Hujiao (Piperis Fructus, 1 liang) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, weighing 1 qian) Xiwei (Scorpion Tail, remove toxicity, 0.5 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with paste the size of mung beans. Take 20 pills per dose, send down with aged rice drink, at any time.

Tuanshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex, sliced, each 2 liang) Renshen (Panax Ginseng Radix) Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, washed) Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus, peeled) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Hezi (Terminalia Chebulae Fructus, pitted) Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed) Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium, sliced, stir-fried) Xingren (Prunus Armeniaca Seed, stir-fried, peel and tip removed) Banxiaqu (Pinelliae Fermentatum, each 1 liang) Binglang (Arecae Semen, sliced) Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos, vinegar-stir-fried) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, peel removed) Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, stir-fried) Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, bran-stir-fried, pulp removed, each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with ginger-flour paste the size of sophora seeds. Take 10 pills with rice drink. If ineffective, increase to 30 pills. When Liu Wei took it, Yuanhua was omitted, and 0.5 liang of Qianniu Fen (Pharbitidis Semen Pulvis) was added to achieve efficacy. Only the first powder obtained from Pharbitidis Semen should be used. Make large pills, and decocting them in one zhan of water is especially excellent!

Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) Zisu (Perillae Folium) Renshen (Panax Ginseng Radix) Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus).
Take equal parts, 5 liang of each. Cut into small pieces, add 7 sheng of water, boil to obtain 3 sheng, divide into three doses. *Zhimi Fang* replaces Wuweizi with Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex).
