专治左瘫右痪，口眼 斜，中风涎急，半身不遂，不能举者，悉皆治之。
五灵脂 当归 骨碎补 川乌头（去皮尖）
上件各等分，为细末，用无灰酒、面糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服七丸，渐加至十丸、十
五丸，温酒送下。如服此药莫服灵宝丹，恐药无效！
图南仲显治二十年左瘫右痪，口眼 斜，五种脚疼，服龙虎丹，又名火龙丸。
地龙（四两，去土） 玄胡索（四两，生） 松节（二两） 核桃肉（十五个） 乳香
（三钱） 蝼
蝎（十四个，蝼蛄、蜈蚣、蝎三味用好酒一升，同煎十数沸，取出焙干）
上为细末，用煮肉药酒打糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服十丸。左瘫右痪，麝香酒下。合时
就地对南写“火”字一个，铺纸一张在上，朝东望太阳，取气吹在药上，用盏盖，道火龙真
言三次，吹在药上，真言∶ 敕老肥偃偃婆摩诃。郭医云，庐州李副将得此疾，以火龙丸、
四生丸相间而服，不一年，病去八、九分（《类聚》有“四生丸见《和剂局方》”八字）。
治左瘫右痪，脚弱不能行履，六兄。
白芍药（二两） 木鳖子（二两，别研） 草乌头（四两，去皮尖） 白胶香（二两，
别研） 赤小
上为细末，以赤小豆看多少打糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服七丸，旋加至十丸，温酒或木
瓜汤下。如病在上，食后临卧服；病在下，空心服，忌热物少时！
治风痫暗风神应丸，许家方。
好腊茶（半两） 白矾（一两，生用）
上为末，研细，蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，腊茶汤下，取涎自大便出，极妙。
Specifically treats hemiplegia of the left side and right side, deviation of the mouth and eyes (facial paralysis), acute phlegm due to stroke (Zhong Feng), hemiplegia, and inability to lift limbs; all can be treated.
Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Gusuibu (Drynaria Rhizome), Chuan Wutou (Aconitum Carmichaelii Radix [processed], peeled and tip removed)
Each of the above ingredients in equal parts, ground into fine powder, made into pills with non-ash wine and flour paste, size like Sophora japonica seeds. Take 7 pills per dose, gradually increase to 10 or 15 pills, taken down with warm wine. If taking this medicine, do not take Lingbao Dan, lest the medicine be ineffective!
Tunan Zhongxian treated twenty years of hemiplegia of the left side and right side, deviation of the mouth and eyes, five types of foot pain, by taking Longhu Dan (Dragon-Tiger Pill), also known as Huolong Wan (Fire Dragon Pill).
Dilong (Earthworm, four liang, cleaned of soil), Xiansu (Corydalis Rhizome, four liang, raw), Songjie (Pinus Massoniana Node, two liang), Hetaorou (Walnut Kernel, fifteen pieces), Ruxiang (Frankincense, three qian), Louxie (Mole Cricket, Scorpion, Centipede mixture, fourteen pieces: Mole Cricket, Centipede, Scorpion three flavors boiled in one sheng of good wine for more than ten boils, taken out and dried).
The above are ground into fine powder, made into pills with meat-boiling medicinal wine and paste, size like Sophora japonica seeds. Take 10 pills per dose. For hemiplegia of the left side and right side, take down with musk-infused wine. When preparing, write a "fire" character facing south on the spot, place a sheet of paper over it, face east towards the sun, inhale the qi and blow onto the medicine, cover with a cup, recite the True Mantra of Fire Dragon three times, blowing onto the medicine. The mantra: Chi Lao Fei Yan Yan Po Ma He. Physician Guo said, Deputy General Li from Luzhou suffered from this illness, alternating between Huolong Wan and Sisheng Wan, within less than a year, the illness was cured by eight or nine tenths (Classified Collection has the eight characters "Sisheng Wan see Heji Ju Fang").
Treats hemiplegia of the left side and right side, weak legs unable to walk, Brother Liu.
Baishaoyao (White Peony Root, two liang), Muguezi (Millettia Speciosa Seed, two liang, separately ground), Cao Wutou (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Radix [processed], peeled and tip removed, four liang), Baijiaoxiang (Boswellia Resin, two liang, separately ground), Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean)
The above are ground into fine powder, made into pills using Adzuki Bean paste according to quantity, size like Sophora japonica seeds. Take 7 pills per dose, gradually increase to 10 pills, taken down with warm wine or Papaya Decoction. If the disease is in the upper part, take after meals before bed; if the disease is in the lower part, take on an empty stomach, avoid hot foods for a short time!

The above are ground into powder, finely milled, made into pills with honey, size like Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, taken down with winter tea soup, expectorating phlegm through stool, extremely excellent.
