神曲（微炒） 吴茱萸（绿色者，拣净，炮洗七遍，各一两）
上二味为细末，以酸米醋为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸至一百丸，空心食前米饮汤下。

上为细末，醋煮面糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，白汤下。杨氏方加诃子二两，

上用大附子一枚，炮，去皮脐，以韭菜根研烂，绞取汁为丸，如梧桐子大，晒干，焙，
每服三十丸，米饮汤下，不干恐麻人。

上为细末，糊丸如梧桐子大，每服三、五十丸，米饮汤下。小儿丸如黍米大，量大小加
减服之。

Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) (lightly stir-fried) Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus) (select green ones, pick clean, processed and washed seven times, each one tael).
The above two herbs are ground into fine powder. Form pills with sour rice vinegar, sized like sophora seeds. Take fifty to one hundred pills per dose, on an empty stomach before meals, downed with rice water decoction.
Treatment for deficiency and weakness of the zang-fu organs, decline of original qi, discomfort in the spleen and stomach, loss of appetite, accompanied by frequent diarrhea that continues day and night without cessation.

The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, with one jujube and two slices of fresh ginger, decoct until six-tenths of the liquid remains, then take.
Treatment for slippery diarrhea (chronic dysentery or uncontrollable loose stools) with miraculous efficacy.

The above herbs are thoroughly ground into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed and taken with millet soup, three doses daily.

The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Form pills with vinegar-boiled wheat paste, sized like sophora seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, downed with plain boiled water. Yang's formula adds Hezi (Chebulae Fructus) two taels and Kubaijian (Alumen Crudum calcined) two taels.
For cases where long-term diarrhea has not responded to treatment; especially suitable for the elderly!
Use one large Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), processed, remove bark and navel. Grind chive roots (Jiucai Gen) into a paste, squeeze out the juice to form pills, sized like sophora seeds. Dry in the sun, then bake. Take thirty pills per dose, downed with rice water decoction. If not dry, it may cause numbness upon contact with skin.
