The *Huangdi Neijing* (Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon) states: "When thoughts are endless and desires remain unfulfilled, the mind wanders externally, generating lustful imaginings. Excessive sexual intercourse causes the sinews to become flaccid and relaxed, leading to spasms of the tendons; this condition is termed 'Baiyin' (White Turbidity)."
The Kidney belongs to Water and its nature is firmness. If the will dissipates inwardly, essence will flow out. When thoughts transform into lust and sexual activity is excessive, what was once solid becomes unstable. Consequently, seminal overflow occurs without control.
