According to the *Huangdi Neijing* (Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon): The symptoms of Changbi (Intestinal Bi Syndrome) include frequent drinking with inability to urinate, abdominal qi counterflow and clashing, and occasional occurrence of undigested stool diarrhea (Sunxie). The Large Intestine is the official responsible for conduction. Its ability to conduct relies entirely on the harmonious qi (Chonghe zhi qi). Currently, when the three pathogenic factors of Wind-Cold-Dampness invade and lodge in the intestines due to deficiency, evil qi remains stagnant while the harmonious qi becomes blocked. Therefore, its manifestations include frequent drinking but obstructed qi flow, accompanied by abdominal distension and pain.
