疮宜中间贴。此膏药用大黄、黄柏皮、黄芩三味焙干为末。鸡子清调涂四边。用皮纸条封。
第三日葱椒盐汤熏洗疮。一日一次换膏药。忌醋面肉。服乌药顺气散。

一善膏 治小儿脾证。大人一切风气。气积。食冷积。气块。但有形之痈疽、疖毒
、疔肿、杖疮之类。

伤。杖疮、蛇虫毒、犬马咬、汤火、漆疮、疥癣。贴之即愈。及治妇人吹乳。丸药如梧
桐子大。新汲水下二十丸。产前催生。产后败血。经脉不调。温酒下二十丸。不得犯荤
辛及火焙。

药。再搅匀。瓷盒盛。放地上。以盆盖一宿尽出火毒。如用或帛或绵。摊贴日易之。
长肉膏
桑枝 柳枝 桃枝 槐枝 榆枝 枸杞枝 上各四十九寸。先以真麻油一斤熬滚。下枝
在内。煎黄赤色去枝。入黄丹十两。柳枝不住手搅匀。滴试水中不散为度。倾入水盆内。候
冷瓷器盛贮。凡用摊纸上。慢焦贴。长肌肉无痕。此膏治肉瘤、疔疮、痈疽、发背、脑疡。
蜘蛛蛇犬伤、蜈蚣蝎毒、蜂虿草刺。竹木屑。小儿梅花秃疮。面痣、赘痣、诸疖疮。箭镞。
毒胎。六指。面目无名肿毒。恶肉。悉根据法治。凡疔疮其患四畔俱赤。中间或青或白或黑或
凸或陷者是也。痛如入心彻骨不可忍。身如火热。头如斧劈。昏闷不省不爽。其病三日不疗。
病丧身命。急用铁针于疮头上刺入一分许。作十字用药一粟点之。黄水出为度。少顷将纸拭
干。再用药点。如是者三次乃止。内服菊花散。将生菊叶一握。研冷水一二盏与服。吐泻为
度。如虚弱人多服内补十宣散数日。疔疮自然坠地。暑月尤速。若脓水不干。用麝香散掺之。
四畔长肉膏。但肉满平复如初是也。 子大者如银杏。小者如鸡头。先用麻布搽令血热。以
绵系定。将药于根头旋转点之。若暑月实时落。痈疽发背脑伤等。不问有头无头。但要肿处
知痛。用药一粟许。于疮头上点之。少顷再点。便觉肉地软痒。内服黑神散和复元通气散。
须用局方有白牵牛穿山甲者。二药打和匀。以无灰酒一二碗调服。实时脓溃痛减。次服十宣
散内补。如脓水不止。麝香散掺之。用膏贴。忌食毒物。及房室等事。切须将理。不得失宜。
待疮口合愈矣。治蜘蛛蜂虿等。不问咬破皮。或见血。以药一粟。点所伤处。候黄水出尽为
度。其毒已消。毒瓦斯不行于四肢。随时便可治。草刺竹木刺屑以药一点滴之。少顷黄水流痛
止。刺屑自出。小儿梅花秃疮。以先剃头令净。若有脓血用帛拭干。却将油纸一张摊药面清
水在上。以托纸罨放小儿头上。不住手旋转。扶之其虫即死。后用水洗令洁净。二三日来结
薄痞白落也。面痣用箸子杵令血热。将药随痣大小点之。待痞干落。即可。赘痣先剪去硬皮。
以药点之。痞落即去。大者内捻去。疔子仍须搽令血热。方可用药。疥癣待痒时抓破。以药
面清水拂之。其虫即死。痢疮凡疾后有此疮。盖余毒不散。生于谷道四傍。有若痒癣。其痒
无休。时当根据癣法治。箸旋毒蜘蛛蝎毒同治。无名肿毒。恶肉与瘤同法治之。
乳香膏 治一切恶疮。打扑走注疼痛。

Formulas
Heihu Gao (Black Tiger Plaster): Treats all types of carbuncles, furuncles, ulcers, and toxins. Including Fabei (back carbuncle), Naoju (nape ulcer), Changyong (intestinal abscess), hemorrhoids, Dingchuang (malignant boil), and Ruyong (mastitis). Also treats injuries from tigers, wild wolves, knives, and arrows. All unnamed swellings and toxic masses. As well as contusions, horse/cartilage impacts, and corporal punishment marks, Xuan'yong (perineal abscess), apply externally. If hemorrhoidal polyps are embedded like a jujube pit, or intestinal abscess lumps are the size of a chicken egg, swallow three pills with Licorice Decoction (Gancao Tang).
Angelicae Radix (Danggui), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (each 1 liang), Rheum Palmatum Rhizome (Dahuang), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang), Coptidis Rhizome (Huanglian), Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guangui), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Strychni Semen (Mubiezi Ren), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren), Draconis Sanguis (Xuejie), Glycyrrhizae Urens (Zhuya Zaojiao), Myrrha (Moyao), Olibanum (Ruxiang) (each 0.5 liang, separately ground), Sesame Oil (Xiangyou) (2 jin), Litharge (Huandan) (1 jin, separately ground). Cut the herbs. Soak the herbs in oil for three days. Boil the oil and herbs together in a ceramic vessel until Baizhi turns scorched. Stir the oil with several tens of Sophora japonica branches and Salix integra branches each time. Simmer over mild and strong heat alternately. Filter out the dregs using cloth. Return to the vessel, add Litharge, and powders of Myrrha and Olibanum. Stir continuously until the mixture turns purple and blue smoke rises. Immediately remove from heat and stir vigorously. Test by dropping into water; it should form beads that do not disperse. Adjust the proportions of oil and Litharge according to seasonal temperature changes. Pour into a clean container. During preparation, work in a clean room and avoid exposure to chickens, dogs, and women.
Shenmiao Gao (Divine Wonder Plaster): Treats various sores, boils, carbuncles, and ulcers. External injuries and fractures.
Olibanum, Myrrha, Human Hair, Rheum Palmatum Rhizome, Cinnamon Bark, Angelicae Radix, Scrophulariae Radix, Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan), Curcumae Zedoaria Rhizome (Ezhu), Rehmanniae Radix Recens, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Belamcandae Rhizome (Shegan), Crotonis Fructus (Badou), Alum (Mingfan), Scutellariae Radix, Salix Branches (each 0.5 liang), Sesame Oil (1 jin), Litharge (8 liang), Moschus (Shexiang) (1 qian). Chop herbs into bean-sized pieces. Soak in oil overnight. Boil while stirring with Salix branches until the color turns black. Filter out dregs. Return oil to the vessel, let cool slightly, then add Litharge and boil. Stir continuously until black drops do not disperse or stick to hands when tested in water. Add powdered Olibanum, Myrrha, and Moschus, mix evenly. For use, spread oil paper on a knife, apply plaster, and adhere to the affected area according to size. For corporal punishment wounds, apply to the center. For this plaster, roast Dahuang, Huangbo Pi, and Huangqin until dry, grind into powder, mix with egg white, and apply to the periphery. Seal with leather strips. On the third day, fumigate and wash the wound with scallion, pepper, and salt water. Change the plaster once daily. Avoid vinegar, wheat products, and meat. Take Wuyao Shunqi San.
Muxiang Gao (Costus Plaster)
Costus Root (Muxiang) (8 qian), Aconitum Carmichaelii Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu) (1 liang), Lycii Cortex (Digupi) (6 qian), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) (1 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Foeniculi Fructus (Bajiao Huixiang), Pinelliae Tuber (Tiannanxing) (each 0.5 liang), Ricini Semen (Bima) (85 grains, shelled oil), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guangui) (8 qian), Crotonis Fructus (Badou) (85 grains, shelled oil), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Rheum Palmatum Rhizome, Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Coptidis Rhizome, Saposhnikoviae Radix (each 0.5 liang), Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) (0.5 liang), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) (1 liang), Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Shengcong) (1 liang, with roots), Half-liang Coin (Banliang Qian) (5-7 wen copper coins). Chop herbs finely. Soak and boil according to method.
Shaofen Gao (Shaofen Plaster)
Shaofen (1 liang), Cinnabaris (Yinzhu), Hydropetali Cortex (Zhangnao) (each 0.5 liang), Halitum (Qingyan) (4 qian), Rosin (Songxiang) (1 liang), Ossis Femoris (Longgu), Ossis Tigris (Hugu) (oil-fried, each 0.5 liang), Streptopeliae Faeces (Baidinglong), Pheretima (Dilong) (tile-baked, soil removed, each 2 qian), Manis Squama (Chuanshanjia) (2.5 qian), Scorpio (Quanxie) (5 specimens, tile-baked, tail tip removed), Olibanum, Myrrha (each 1 liang), Draconis Sanguis (Xuejie) (6 qian), Borneolum Syntheticum (Naozi) (0.5 qian), Calomelas (Qingfen) (6 qian), Moschus (Shexiang) (0.5 qian), Mercurii Carbonas (Geifen) (2 qian). Chop all herbs into bean-sized pieces. Soak in oil for three nights. Simmer over mild and strong heat until herbs are scorched yellow. Filter out dregs. Reheat to boiling. First add Litharge, then Cinnabar. Stir continuously with two or three Salix branches. When color changes slightly, remove from heat. Stir continuously until paste forms. Test in water: beads should not disperse. Adjust consistency. Cool down, then add powders in order: 1. Rosin, Olibanum, Myrrha, Draconis Sanguis. 2. Longgu, Hugu, Shaofen, Geifen. 3. Baidinglong, Quanxie, Chuanshanjia, Dilong. 4. Qingfen, Naozi, Shexiang, Zhangnao. Add Ash of Canis Cerebrum (Gounao Gu) burnt to powder. Mix evenly, store in porcelain jar. Bury in ground for three nights to eliminate fire toxicity. Spread and apply. This plaster treats malignant ulcers, boils, fistulas, Fabei, Naoju, Luoli (scrofula), Dingchuang, gum swelling/pain, contusions, bone/joint injuries, cuts, corporal punishment wounds, burns/scalds, pediatric facial sores/boils, erysipelas, heat-toxin flow, bites from centipedes, bees, scorpions, snakes, dogs, toxic hemorrhoids, unnamed swellings. Also treats rheumatism, Hongxiangjiao (podagra/gout), inguinal hernia, chronic cough, wind-deficiency headache, tinnitus, waist/abdominal pain, female blood/qi stabbing pain, mastitis swelling/pain.
Shenxiao Shengjin Gao (Divine Efficacy Winning Gold Plaster)
Clear Oil (Qingyou) (3 jin), Litharge (1.5 jin), Angelicae Radix (1 liang), Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji), Phaseoli Semen (Heiqianniu) (each 0.5 liang), Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed (Mubiezi) (60 grains, shelled oil), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo) (1 liang), Cyathulae Radix (Chuan Niuxi) (0.5 liang), Toosendan Fructus (Chuanlianzi) (8 qian), Qingteng (0.5 liang), Glycyrrhizae Urens (Banzhang) (0.5 liang), Pine Branch, Peach Branch, Sophora Branch, Salix Branch, Pomegranate Branch. Prepare herbs according to method.
Yurong Gao (Jade Face Plaster): Treats skin ulcers, ringworm/toxins. Cracked lips, wrinkled face, wind-spines (acne/rosacea), and contusions. Unblocks meridians, promotes blood circulation. Reduces swelling and pain. Disperses pathogenic toxins. Apply a small amount, massage until warm. If sores exist in nose/ears or "mianzhang'er" (ear polyps/sores), apply a small amount directly.

Remove Borneolum. Soak remaining 13 herbs in Clear Oil for 3 days. Simmer slowly in silver vessel until herbs are scorched yellow. Filter through cotton. Warm, add Beeswax (Huangla), melt until uniform. Filter again. Add Borneolum, stir continuously with Salix wood branch. Seal tightly after cooling. Use as directed. Winter: 3 liang oil, 1 liang wax. Summer: 5 liang oil, 3 liang wax.
Zhonghuang Gao (Middle Yellow Plaster): Treats rheumatism and Hongxiangjiao pain in men and women. Apply to painful areas. For wind-cold cough, apply to back. For wind-cold lower back pain, apply to waist. For eye swelling, apply to Taiyang acupoint. For heart qi pain, apply to Yutou (temporal region). For general qi pain, apply to painful area. For contusion/sprain chest pain, apply to affected area. For sores/swelling/toxicity, apply to affected area. For corporal punishment buttock wounds, apply to affected area.
Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (Caowu), Saposhnikoviae Radix, Libanotidis Rhizoma (Ben), Rheum Palmatum Rhizome, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Angelicae Radix, Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, Rehmanniae Radix Recens, Scrophulariae Radix, Olibanum, Myrrha (each 0.5 liang), Strychni Semen (25 grains), Ricini Semen (200 grains, shelled), Glycyrrhizae Urens (10 jin), Tung Oil (Tongyou) (4 liang), Rosin (Songxiang) (Spring: 12 liang, Summer: 18 liang, Autumn: 11 liang, Winter: 10 liang). Yulong Gao (Jade Dragon Plaster): Rub to dispel wind and relieve pain. Reduce swelling and detoxify. Treats all injury fractures and swollen sores.
Trichosanthis Fructus (large, 1, shelled), Pine Resin (Songzhi) (ground 1.5 qian), Beeswax (Huangla) (1.5 liang), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (0.5 liang, chopped), Hemp Oil (Mayou) (6 liang), Moschus (Shexiang) (ground 1 qian), Pogostemonis Herba, Agastaches Folium (each 1 liang), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (peeled, core removed), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Bletillae Rhizoma, Ampelopsis Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (cleaned, chopped, each 1 fen). Soak herbs in oil for 7 days. Remove oil, refine until fragrant. Cool, add herbs. Simmer slowly until yellow. Filter through silk. Place in silver-stone pot. Add wax, Moschus, Pine Resin, simmer briefly. Store in porcelain. Apply thinly on silk to affected area. For head/face wind-rheum, itching sores, swelling/pain, rub until warm. Use frequently. For nose/ears, use paper twist to apply daily. Cure in one month. For moxa scars or pediatric tumor sores, apply. Also reduces scars.
Yishan Gao (One Good Plaster): Treats pediatric spleen disorders. Adult wind-pathogens, qi accumulation, cold food stagnation, qi masses. Any有形 (solid) carbuncles, boils, Dingchuang, corporal punishment wounds.
Akebia Caulis (Mutong), Astragali Radix (Mianhuangqi), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, Rehmanniae Radix Recens, Persicae Semen (Taoren), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Scrophulariae Radix, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Strychni Semen, Angelicae Radix (powder), Olibanum (separately ground), Myrrha (separately ground, each 2 liang). Chop all except Olibanum, Myrrha, Angelicae Radix powder. Use 4.5 jin True Hemp Oil. Fry 24 liang Litharge. Gradually add to oil. Stir continuously with 3-5 Salix branches. Do not overcook Litharge or use high heat. Wait until Litharge turns black and does not disperse in water. Remove, cool slightly. Add Olibanum, Myrrha, Angelicae Radix powder. Mix evenly. Simmer gently for an hour. Expose to open air overnight to detoxify. Nourish with Geifen. Spread as needed. Do not peel off for several days; premature removal causes pain.
Ruxiang Gao (Olibanum Plaster): Treats injury fractures, broken skin/muscle, coldness, slow healing.
Olibanum, Dipsaci Radix, Angelicae Radix (cut, roasted), Datura Seed (Langdangzi), Human Hair (burnt to ash), Draconis Sanguis, Olibanum (Xunluxiang) (each 2 liang), Cinnamon (Gui) (decoated, 1 liang), Hemp Oil (7 liang), Rosin, Porcine Fat (December) (each 4 liang). Grind all herbs except oil, fat, and Litharge into powder. Render fats first. Cool, add herb powder, stir with Salix wood branch. Simmer slowly for half a day. Add Litharge, stir until paste forms. Store in porcelain box. Apply with old cloth.
Guanyin Gao (Guanyin Plaster)
Sesame Oil (4 liang), Rosin (1 jin, clear/clean), Olibanum (4 qian), Myrrha, Ossis Femoris (Longgu) (each 4 qian), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (4 qian), Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed (7 grains), Salix Branch, Manis Squama (fried, 5 qian), Ricini Semen (21 grains), Fritillariae Bulbus (Beimu) (3 qian). Soak Myrrha, Longgu, Baizhi, Mubiezi in Clear Oil. Heat 3-5 times to boil. Add Rosin and Olibanum powder. Stir continuously with Salix branch. Boil 3-5 times. Test in water: no dispersion. Test on ground: non-sticky. Paste is ready.
Shanying Gao (Good Response Plaster): Treats all sores/ulcers. Injury fractures and pain.
Crotonis Fructus (7 grains, shelled), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan) (remove silk/mouth), Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (each 5 qian), Terminalia Chebula Retusa (Wubeizi) (2 qian), Coptidis Rhizome (1 qian), Human Hair (egg-sized), Peach/Salix Branches (each 7 sticks), Ricini Semen (3 grains, shelled), Porcine Fat (finger-nail size). Clear Oil (0.5 jin). Soak herbs 3 days. Simmer slowly until hair is scorched/rotten. Remove from heat, cool. Filter through silk. Clarify, return to vessel. Heat. Add refined Litharge (4 liang). Stir with Peach/Salix branches until light blue smoke appears. Test in water: no dispersion. Paste is ready. Remove from heat, stir to warm. Add Olibanum/Myrrha powder (each 5 qian), Cinnamon Heart powder (3 qian). Briefly heat to mix. Store in porcelain. Apply as needed. Alternative formula omits Olibanum, Myrrha, Cinnamon Heart.
Shanying Gao (Good Response Plaster): Treats various malignant sores. Swelling/toxins, Fabei, Naoju, Ganzi (ocular/facial sores), tooth swelling. Contusions, bone setting, chest sprains. Knife/chopper wounds, corporal punishment, snake/insect venom, dog/horse bites, burns, lacquer dermatitis, scabies/ringworm. Apply for cure. Also treats female mastitis. Form pills like wattle seeds. Take 20 pills with fresh well water. For labor induction prenatally. For postpartum retained blood. For irregular menstruation, take 20 pills with warm wine. Avoid pungent/spicy foods and fire-roasted items.

Cyathulae Radix, Patriniae Herba, Oldenlandia Diffusa (Xuejianchou), Prunella Vulgaris (Jiandaocao), Siegesbeckiae Herba (Xixicao), Physalis Alkekengi (Denglongcao), Oxalis Corniculata (Cujiangcao), Convolvulus Arvensis (Luomiancao), Xanthii Fructus (Cangercao) (each 1 bunch). Harvest on Dragon Boat Festival. Dry in shade. Sesame Oil (1 jin), Litharge (6 liang). Add Olibanum, Myrrha, Rosin (each 5 qian). Prepare and apply according to method.
Jinsi Gao (Golden Thread Plaster): Treats joint dislocation/sprain. Cold-damp pain. All swelling/toxins.
Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (1 liang), Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed, Ricini Semen (each 10 grains), Bamboo Shavings (Zhuru) (1 liang), Salix Twigs (10 stems, 1 cun long), Myrrha, Olibanum (Summer: 1 liang, Autumn: 0.5 liang, Winter: 2 liang), Colophony (Baijiaoxiang) (6 liang). Fry herbs in Tung Oil until yellow. Filter. Refilter through silk. Add Colophony, fry until uniform. Add Olibanum/Myrrha, mix. Pour into basin of fresh well water. Stir with staff 1000+ times until threads resemble silver. Straighten willow tips. Not applicable to thumb. Applicable to web space. Shell nuts/seeds, cut into 2-3 pieces.
Shenying Gao (Divine Response Plaster): Treats all malignant sores. Detoxify, relieve pain. Invigorate blood, drain pus. Expel wind, generate flesh. Also treats corporal punishment pain.
Clear Oil (3 jin), Peach/Salix/Sophora Branches (each 0.5 jin), Strychni Semen (0.5 liang), Angelicae Radix (1 liang), Litharge (1 jin), Olibanum, Myrrha (each 0.5 liang, separately ground fine). Slowly boil oil. Add branches until scorched. Remove dregs. Add Strychni Semen, Angelicae Radix until scorched. Remove. Cool. Add Litharge, Olibanum, Myrrha. Stir with branch to neutralize Litharge properties. Simmer slowly. Stir continuously. Do not overflow. Test in water: beads do not disperse. Store in porcelain. Spread and apply as needed.
Moyao Gao (Myrrha Plaster): Treats all carbuncles/Fabei. Boils. Injury fractures/stasis. Draining pus. Generating flesh, relieving pain. Apply to moxa scars.
Draconis Sanguis, Olibanum (ground), Myrrha (each 1 part, ground), Angelicae Radix (0.5 liang, de-rhizomed), Litharge (6 liang), Armeniacae Semen, Strychni Semen (0.5 liang, fine ground), Human Hair in Oil (2 liang). Heat 1 jin oil in stone/clay pot outdoors. Add Strychni Semen, Angelicae Radix, Armeniacae Semen, Hair. Simmer slowly until yellow/scorched. Oil reduces by 20%. Remove from heat, filter through cotton. Return to pot, remove from heat. Add ground herbs. Mix. Store in porcelain box. Place on ground, cover with basin overnight to eliminate fire toxicity. Apply with cloth/cotton, change daily.
Zhangrou Gao (Flesh-Growing Plaster)
Mulberry Branch, Salix Branch, Peach Branch, Sophora Branch, Elm Branch, Lycium Branch. Each 49 cun. Boil 1 jin True Hemp Oil. Add branches. Fry until yellow-red. Remove branches. Add Litharge (10 liang). Stir with Salix branch until uniform. Test in water: no dispersion. Pour into water basin. Cool, store in porcelain. Spread on paper, apply lightly. Generates flesh without scars. Treats lipomas, Dingchuang, carbuncles, Fabei, Nao yang. Spider/snake/dog bites, centipede/scorpion venom, bee/wasp stings, grass/bamboo splinters. Pediatric alopecia areata (plaque type). Facial nevi, skin tags, boils. Arrowheads. Toxic fetus. Polydactyly. Unnamed facial/head swelling. Malignant flesh. Treat all according to method. For Dingchuang: surrounding red, center green/white/black/protruding/depressed. Pain piercing heart/bone. Body hot, head splitting. Confusion/unconsciousness. Untreated for 3 days leads to death. Urgently puncture center with iron needle 1 cun deep, make cross incision. Apply grain-sized dose. Drain yellow fluid. Wipe dry, reapply. Repeat 3 times. Internally take Juhua San. Grind fresh chrysanthemum leaves, mix with 1-2 cups cold water, drink until vomiting/diarrhea occurs. For weakness, take Neibu Shixuan San for days. Dingchuang falls off naturally, faster in summer. If pus doesn't stop, sprinkle Shexiang San. Apply Zhangrou Gao to periphery until flesh levels. For Ganzi (size of ginkgo/jujube): rub with hemp cloth until blood flows. Tie with cotton. Rotate application at root. Falls off quickly in summer. For carbuncles/Fabei/Nao injuries: regardless of head presence, if swollen/painful, apply grain-sized dose to center. Reapply. Flesh feels soft/itchy. Internally take Heishen San and Fuyuan Tongqi San. Must use Bureau Formula containing Bai Qianniu and Chuanshanjia. Mix equal parts, take with 1-2 bowls unfiltered wine. Pus drains, pain reduces. Then take Shixuan San for nourishment. If pus continues, sprinkle Shexiang San, apply plaster. Avoid toxic foods, sexual activity. Care carefully until healed. For spider/wasp stings: whether skin broken or bleeding, apply grain-sized dose. Drain yellow fluid completely. Toxin dissipates, stops spreading to limbs. Treat immediately. For grass/bamboo splinters: apply drop. Yellow fluid flows, pain stops, splinter exits. For pediatric alopecia: shave head clean. If pus/blood, wipe dry. Olibanum (ground), Beeswax (each 0.5 liang), Colophony (2 liang), Apricot Oil (1 jin), Asphaltum (Zhu Zi Li Qing) (0.5 liang). Melt Asphaltum over charcoal fire. Add Colophony, Beeswax. Mix with oil. Filter through cotton. Dip in well water until white like silver. Melt Olibanum inside. Dip until white. Store in porcelain box. Apply according to standard method.

True Sesame Oil (1 jin), Litharge (0.5 jin), Crotonis Fructus (70 grains), Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed (5 grains), Manis Squama (5 slices). Boil Sesame Oil in iron pot. Add Manis Squama, fry until yellow, remove. Add Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed, fry until yellow, remove. Add Crotonis Fructus, fry until yellow.
