Miju Rong Jiao Ji Ji Wan (Elk Antler Both-Flow Pill): Treats the failure of mutual interaction between Water and Fire (Heart-Kidney non-interaction). Symptoms include mental restlessness, chaotic dreams, impotence, tinnitus due to deficiency, turbid white urine, post-micturition dribbling, and seminal emission. Lujiao Jiao Wan (Deer Antler Glue Pill): Treats deficiency of True Qi, coldness and exhaustion of the Lower Origin (lower jiao/kidneys), pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, frequent urination at night, weakness in the waist and legs, limb fatigue, palpitations, mental restlessness, poor complexion, and loss of appetite.

Method for Boiling Deer Antler Glue: Requires two pots. One pot should always contain warm water for heating medicinal materials.

Fine Ram Meat (4 liang, finely chopped) Cistanche Stem (cleaned, 2 liang, finely chopped) Mutton Fat (2 liang, chopped) Beeswax (2 liang, chopped) Apricot Seed (skin and tip removed, stir-fried). Cook in a silver or ceramic vessel. Take with warm wine or salted water decoction. For lung abscess with hemoptysis, take with rice and Donkey-hide Gelatin decoction. Regular consumption tonifies Original Qi, lightens the waist and legs, solidifies the marrow, resists wind and cold, and nourishes Qi and Blood. Take on an empty stomach before meals.

Jiu Zi Wan (Leek Seed Pill, from Yangshi Jiacang Fang): Treats insufficiency of Kidney Water, dysfunction of Qi ascending and descending, nocturnal emission during sleep, and uncontrollable seminal slipperiness.
