御米壳（五两捣碎醋炙黄色） 甘草（炙黄） 赤石脂 乌鱼骨（去皮） 肉豆蔻（面
包煨去面） 拣丁香 诃子皮 干姜（炮各二两） 上为末。每服先用水一盏。入乳香少许。
煎七分。沸
治痢疾。
用腊月雀儿。割开肠肚。皮共毛全。去皮巴豆一个。放在内。到沙石罐内盛。顿炭火烧
作黑。研细。另用好酒煮黄腊百十沸。将蜡取出。磁盏内化开黄蜡。即与雀儿末一处为丸。
每服一二十丸。不拘时候。如红痢甘草汤下。白痢干姜汤下。花红痢甘草干姜汤下。
香子方 治瘴痢。浑身热。连背项。
用茴香子捣取汁服。
治痢亦治泻血。
用芫荽子一合。捣碎。赤者用糖水调。白者用生姜自然汁调。温服。一方酒调服。
又方 用砂糖、水、杂椒作料等物。将乌龟去壳烂煮食之。以多为度即愈。
交和散 治痢
用御米壳去隔蒂干净。安排新瓦上炙焦黄为末。次入平胃散。如赤则用御米壳末二钱。
治暑痢
用五苓散。粳米煎汤送下消暑丸。

Pericarpium Papaveris (Wangmi Qiao, five liang, crushed and stir-baked with vinegar until yellow) Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao, stir-baked until yellow) Lithops Minutiflora (Chishizhi) Sepia Echinoidea (Wuyu Gu, skin removed) Semen Myristicae (Roudoukou, baked in dough and dough removed) Selected Flos Caryophylli (Dingxiang) Pericarpium Evodiae (Hezi Pi) Rhizoma Zingiberis (Ganjiang, processed, two liang each). Use sparrows from the twelfth lunar month. Cut open the intestines and stomach, keeping the skin and feathers intact. Remove one seed of Fructus Crotonis (Baidu), place it inside the sparrow. Place in a clay pot and roast over charcoal until black. Grind into fine powder. Separately, boil good wine with beeswax for more than a hundred boils. Remove the wax, melt the yellow wax in a porcelain cup, and immediately mix with the sparrow powder to form pills. Take ten to twenty pills per dose, at any time. For bloody dysentery (Hongli), administer with Radix Glycyrrhizae decoction; for white dysentery (Baili), administer with Rhizoma Zingiberis decoction; for mixed red and white dysentery (Hualongli), administer with Radix Glycyrrhizae and Rhizoma Zingiberis decoction.
Xiangzi Formula, treats zhang dysentery (Zhangli), characterized by whole-body heat extending to the back and neck.
Take juice from Fructus Foeniculi (Huixiangzi) by crushing and administer.
Treats dysentery and also treats bloody stool (Xiexue).
Take one he of Semen Coriandri Sativi (Yansui Zi), crush it. If red, mix with sugar water; if white, mix with fresh juice of Rhizoma Zingiberis (Shengjiang). Administer warm. Another method is to mix with wine.
Another formula: Use granulated sugar, water, Sichuan pepper, and other seasonings. Remove the shell of a turtle and boil thoroughly until soft. Eat it, consuming as much as possible, which will lead to recovery.
Jiaohe San, treats dysentery.
Take Pericarpium Papaveris (Wangmi Qiao), remove the septum and clean thoroughly. Roast on a new tile until scorched yellow, then grind into powder. Next, add Pingwei San. For bloody dysentery, use two qian of Pericarpium Papaveris powder.
Treat summer dysentery (Shuli).
Administer Wuling San, delivered with rice gruel decoction, along with Xiaoshu Wan.
Treat dysentery.
Stir-fry Tribulus Terrestris (Dujili), grind into powder, and mix with wine for two or three doses.
Chushi Formula, treats zhang dysentery regardless of age, with more than one hundred bowel movements per day.
Take three liang of dry Folium Morus Albæ (Chuye), decoct and crush into powder. Administer below a square-inch measure using Prunus Mume (Wumei) decoction. Additionally, take the inner membrane of sheep or pig intestines, stuff it into the hollow stem of Pericarpium Papaveris, and stop usage once dysentery ceases.
Formula for treating gan dysentery.
Crush Radix Bungeae (Chugen), squeeze out the juice. Take an amount equivalent to one eggshell, mix with an equal amount of millet washing water (Sumifen), and administer. Stop when effective. The efficacy is miraculous. Adjust dosage for children.
Treat dysentery.
Use Red Lead (Huandan) in any quantity. Melt beeswax and mix to form pills, size of pea seeds. Take three pills per dose. For bloody dysentery, administer with Radix Glycyrrhizae decoction; for white dysentery, administer with Rhizoma Zingiberis decoction.
One formula for treating dysentery.
Eastern elm, western willow, southern peach. Northern cloud mulberry grows tall. This is the method of Zhou Gong traveling. Ten thousand taels of gold are not needed.
