The Kidney governs water metabolism. Water enters the Bladder to form urine. Only when Kidney Qi is harmonious and balanced can it constrain and control urination, ensuring it occurs in a timely and regulated manner. If during pregnancy there is Kidney deficiency and coldness in the uterus (Bao Gong), leading to an inability to constrain and control,
urine will flow freely and frequently. The symptoms present as aversion to wind on the back and nape of the neck, and urgency and pain in the lower abdomen. The treatment method should employ formulas that support and nourish fetal Qi.

Qin Jiao Wan (Qin Jiao Pill - Note: Text says Qin Jiao but ingredient is Qin Jiao/Pepper variant contextually likely Zanthoxylum or similar, sticking to text literal "Qin Jiao" usually refers to Saposhnikovia but here implies pepper type given context, however text explicitly says Qin Jiao (6 liang) which might be a typo for Qin Jiao (Pepper) or distinct herb. Given "Qin Jiao" usually means Saposhnikovia, but quantity 6 liang suggests a bulk herb like pepper. I will translate literally as Qin Jiao but note the ambiguity if necessary. Actually, looking at "Qin Jiao" in ancient texts often refers to *Zanthoxylum* or similar pungent herbs in this specific formula context, but standard WHO term for Qin Jiao is Saposhnikovia. However, 6 liang is huge for Saposhnikovia. Let's stick to literal translation of the name provided: Qin Jiao. Wait, checking historical context: "Qin Jiao" in some contexts refers to *Zanthoxylum bungeanum* or similar. But strictly, Qin Jiao is Saposhnikovia. I will use the pinyin/name provided.) -> Correction: In many ancient texts, "Qin Jiao" (秦椒) refers to *Zanthoxylum* species (Sichuan Pepper), distinct from "Qin Jiao" (秦艽 - Saposhnikovia). The text says "Qin Jiao" (秦椒 - Qin Pepper). I will translate as Qin Pepper/Zanthoxylum.
