When women exert excessive force during childbirth, it leads to the prolapse of the yin organs. The symptoms resemble rectal prolapse and the protrusion of the vaginal opening outward, accompanied by a sensation of urgency, swelling, and pain. Physical activity or sexual fatigue can all trigger this condition. Clear fluid flows continuously, and urination is dribbling and incomplete.
Prescriptions:
Yulong Tang (Jade Dragon Decoction): Treats the protrusion of the birth canal in postpartum women caused by excessive exertion.
Additionally, use Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction), adding a small amount of powdered authentic Longgu (Fossilized Bones). Decoct and take two doses consecutively on an empty stomach. Fumigate and wash the affected area with Sesame Oil Decoction.
Used for treating prolapse of the yin.
Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus, peeled and seeded), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, washed), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (each 4 fen), Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) (6 fen). Pound the above herbs into a powder, place in a thin silk bag.
Form a size like a finger and insert into the vagina.
Danggui San (Angelica Powder): Treats prolapse of the yin.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 1 liang), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (0.5 liang 1 qian), Muli (Ostreae Concha) (1 liang 2 qian 5 chun), Pi (Bark, burned until carbonized but retaining its nature, 2 qian 5 chun). Pound the above herbs into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine or rice water. Avoid climbing high or lifting heavy objects.
Treats postpartum prolapse of the yin, caused by maternal labor. The yin protrudes downward, causing swelling and pain.
Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis), Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus). Decoct the above herbs in water and wash.
Liuhuang Tang (Sulfur Decoction): Treats postpartum deficiency exhaustion (Chan Lao), where the Yumen (vaginal opening) opens and does not close.
Liuhuang (Sulfur) (4 liang), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Chuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) (each 1 liang). Chop the above herbs into a coarse powder. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct in one bowl of water for several boils, strain, and wash the Yumen. Wash twice daily.
Treats uterine inversion/prolapse (uterus not retracting).
Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica), Huoxiang Ye (Agastachis Folium), Chouqun Shupi (Ailanthi Cortex) (equal parts). Decoct the aforementioned herbs in water to fumigate the uterus; it will then retract.
Treats protrusion of the yin in women.
Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Wutou (Aconiti Radix), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma) (each 2 fen). Pound and sieve the above herbs. Take a measure of Fangcun Bi (approx. 1 cubic inch), wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina to a depth of 3 cun. A feeling of heat in the abdomen indicates efficacy. Replace the next morning. Discontinue when cured. Another version excludes Shujiao.

Liuhuang (Sulfur), Haiheke (Sepiae Endoconcha) (each 0.5 liang), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus) (1 fen; *Qianjin Yi Fang* uses 3 zhu; another version omits this herb). Grind the above herbs into an extremely fine powder and apply to the affected area. Change three times daily.

Bimanye (Ricini Folium) (those with nine angles are preferred), Feiguo Baifan (Alumen Exsiccatum, purified) (equal parts). Grind into a fine powder. Spread the powder on a paper strip, support the paper with medicine onto the prolapsed part, and gently push the anus/retracted area back inside with hand.

Treats uterine prolapse in women with unbearable pain.
Apply Bimazi (Ricini Semen) to the top of the head (Baihui GV20). If a sensation of suction occurs, wash off the medicine immediately. This method is also excellent.
Treats women's [missing character, likely 'yin'] disease.
