治小儿疮 正出，忽变紫色，或作黑陷，喘急神昏。
人齿（五枚，烧灰） 蜥蜴尾（五条，烧灰）
上件研令匀。每服半钱，温酒或煎葱白汤调下，不拘时候。

穿山甲（不以多少，烧灰）
上件为细末。每服半钱，煎葱白汤调下，不拘时候。
治疮疹已出不快。
赤芍药（不以多少）
上件为细末。每服一钱，煎葡萄酒调下，不拘时候。
治小儿疮疹毒瓦斯上攻咽嗌，口舌生疮，不能吮乳。
桔梗（去芦头） 牛蒡子（各一两。微炒） 麦门冬（去心） 甘草（生用。各半两）
上件 咀。每服二钱，水半盏，煎至三分，去滓放温。时时令呷，或顿灌之，乳食后。
治小儿疮 。及伤寒、时气病后余邪不解，翕翕发热，潮热往来者，并皆治之。
熟干地黄（洗） 当归（洗焙） 人参（去芦头） 地骨皮 赤芍药 甘草（炙。六味
各等分）
上件 咀。每服一钱，水半盏，煎至三分，去滓温服，不拘时候。
治小儿疮 出足，壅盛喘急，浸淫成片，宜服此药解之。
赤芍药（二钱） 生干地黄（一两半） 犀角屑（一分） 牡丹皮（一分）
上件 咀。每服二钱，水半盏，煎至三分，去滓温服，不拘时候。
解利小儿疮疹后一切余毒。
大黄（湿纸裹煨） 黄芩 黑参（三味各半两）
上件 咀。每服一钱，水半盏，煎至三分，去滓温服，乳食后临卧。
To treat infantile smallpox/chickenpox that has just erupted, suddenly turning purple, or presenting with black sinking lesions, accompanied by panting, urgency, and unconsciousness.
Human teeth (five pieces, calcined to ash) Gecko tail (five pieces, calcined to ash)
Grind the above ingredients evenly. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with warm wine or decoction of scallion white, at any time.
To treat infantile smallpox/chickenpox with black sinking lesions or turning purple.
Pangolin scales (as needed, calcined to ash)
Grind the above ingredient into fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, mixed with decoction of scallion white, at any time.
To treat slow eruption of rash/pox.
Red Peony Root (as needed)
Grind the above ingredient into fine powder. Take one qian per dose, mixed with decoction of wine made from grapes, at any time.
To treat infantile rash/pox where toxic qi attacks upward to the pharynx and throat, causing sores in the mouth and tongue, preventing the infant from suckling milk.
Platycodon Root (remove the radix head) Arctii Fructus (each one liang, lightly stir-fried) Ophiopogon Tuber (remove the heart) Licorice Root (raw use, each half liang)
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Take two qian per dose, add half a zhan of water, decoct until one-third remains, remove the dregs, and let cool to warm temperature. Allow the patient to sip frequently, or administer in one dose, after nursing or eating.
To treat infantile rash/pox. Also treats residual pathogens remaining unresolved after recovery from cold damage (Shanghan) or epidemic febrile diseases, manifesting as slight fever or alternating tidal fever.
Prepared Rehmannia Root (wash) Angelica Sinensis (wash and dry-bake) Ginseng Radix (remove the radix head) Cortex Lycii Radicis Red Peony Root Prepared Licorice Root (stir-fry with honey; the above six herbs are in equal proportions)
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Take one qian per dose, add half a zhan of water, decoct until one-third remains, remove the dregs, and take warm, at any time.
To treat infantile rash/pox where the eruption is congested and excessive, leading to panting and urgency, with lesions spreading like an infiltrating patch. This medicine is suitable to resolve these symptoms.
Red Peony Root (two qian) Raw Dried Rehmannia Root (one liang and a half) Rhinoceros Horn Shavings (one fen) Moutan Cortex (one fen)
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Take two qian per dose, add half a zhan of water, decoct until one-third remains, remove the dregs, and take warm, at any time.
To resolve all residual toxins after infantile rash/pox.
Rhubarb Root and Rhizome (wrapped in wet paper and baked) Scutellaria Root Scrophularia Root (the above three herbs are each half liang)
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Take one qian per dose, add half a zhan of water, decoct until one-third remains, remove the dregs, and take warm, after nursing or eating, before going to bed.
