内大痛下血，加老山高丽参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草、陈皮、砂仁研服，痛甚加五灵脂一钱

五分） 当归 远志（各一钱） 丹皮 山栀（各一钱） 加龙眼肉（二钱五分）
姜枣引。
搐犯胎不安，腰腹痛，或下浆水血水，或上抢心气促，用四
物汤加阿胶、黄 姜枣引。
陆氏伤胎方
当归（三钱） 川芎 制香附 黄芩（各二钱） 升麻（一钱） 砂仁（一钱五分） 姜（三片） 枣（二个）
救急方
胎偶有所伤动、痛不可忍。
缩砂（连壳炒黑）
为末，热酒调服二钱或米饮亦可，后腹中觉热胎即安，屡试验。
安胎方
黄 （蜜炒） 杜仲（姜汁炒） 茯苓（各一钱） 黄芩（一钱五分） 白术（生用五
分） 阿胶（一钱） 甘草（炙五分） 续断（八分）
胸中胀满加紫苏，陈皮（各八分），下红加艾叶，地榆（各一钱），多加
阿胶引中用糯米百粒，酒三杯，水二杯煎，若腹痛则用急火煎。
安胎银苎酒
治孕妇胎动欲坠，腹痛不可忍，及胎漏下血。
苎根（二两） 纹银（五两） 酒一碗 如无苎之处，用茅草根（五两）
加水煎之。
When the fetus is injured by falling or striking, the treatment should primarily focus on eliminating stasis and generating new blood; taking Foshou San (Hand-holding Powder) yields miraculous effects. If abdominal pain occurs, add Yimucao (Motherwort Herb); after ingestion, the pain ceases, and both mother and child are safe. If the fetal qi has already been damaged, foul blood will discharge frequently; in this case, add Zhi Xiangfu (Prepared Cyperi Rhizome), Yimucuo (Motherwort Herb), and Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), decoct into a thick liquid, and take orally. If injured by falling from a height, accompanied by abdominal pain, bleeding, and restlessness, add Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens) and Huangqi (Astragali Radix) to stabilize the fetus. If there is severe abdominal pain with bleeding, add aged Korean Ginseng (Gaoshen), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Zhigancao (Prepared Licorice Root), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), and Sharen (Amomi Fructus), grind into powder, and take orally. For severe pain, add Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) one qian.
Modified Guipi Tang: Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) (each 1.5 qian); Zhigancao (Prepared Licorice Root), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (each 0.5 qian); Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (each 1 qian); Danpi (Moutan Cortex), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) (each 1 qian); add Longyanrou (Longan Aril) (2.5 qian). Use Jiang (Ginger Rhizome) and Zao (Jujubae Fructus) as guides.
If pregnancy is disturbed by fright leading to fetal instability, with lower back and abdominal pain, or discharge of serous fluid or bloody water, or sensation of qi rushing upward to the heart with shortness of breath, use Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) plus Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin), using Jiang (Ginger Rhizome) and Zao (Jujubae Fructus) as guides.
Lu's Formula for Traumatic Pregnancy Injury: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (3 qian), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Zhi Xiangfu (Prepared Cyperi Rhizome), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 2 qian); Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (1 qian), Sharen (Amomi Fructus) (1.5 qian); Jiang (Ginger Rhizome) (3 slices), Zao (Jujubae Fructus) (2 pieces).
Emergency Formula: When the fetal qi is occasionally disturbed, causing unbearable pain. Crush Suosha (Amomi Fructus, stir-fried black with shell) into powder, mix with hot wine for oral administration of 2 qian, or it can be taken with rice water. Afterward, warmth felt in the abdomen indicates the fetal qi is stabilized; this has been tested repeatedly with success.
Fetus-Stabilizing Formula: Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex, stir-fried with ginger juice), Fuling (Poria) (each 1 qian); Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (1.5 qian), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, raw) (0.5 qian), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) (1 qian), Zhigancao (Prepared Licorice Root) (0.5 qian), Xuduan (Dianthi Radix) (0.8 qian). For chest fullness, add Zisu (Perillae Folium) and Chenpi (Tangerine Peel) (each 0.8 qian); for bleeding, add Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) and Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix) (each 1 qian). Add more Ejiao; decoct with 100 grains of glutinous rice, 3 cups of wine, and 2 cups of water. If abdominal pain is present, use high heat for decoction.
Silver and Ramie Wine for Fetus Stabilization: Treats pregnant women with fetal movement threatening miscarriage, unbearable abdominal pain, and fetal leakage with bleeding. Zhuangen (Ramie Root) (2 liang), Wenyin (Patterned Silver) (5 liang), 1 bowl of wine. If Zhuangen is unavailable, use Maocaogen (Imperatae Rhizoma) (5 liang) and decoct with water.
