穿山甲散 治妇人 痞，及恶血气攻，心腹疼痛，面无颜色，四肢瘦弱。（此方散结破
血，行气消饮，温行积块要药也）
穿山甲（灰炒燥） 鳖甲（醋炙） 赤芍药 大黄（炒） 干漆（炒令烟尽） 桂心（各一两）
川芎 芫花（醋炒） 当归（各半两） 麝香（二钱半，另研）
上为细末，入麝和匀，每服一钱，热酒调下，无时。
蓬莪术丸 治妇人 痞，腹胁妨痛，令人体瘦，不思饮食。（此方破结气，散结血，软坚
温利，亦可备用）
莪术（七钱半） 当归（焙） 桂心 赤芍药 槟榔 昆布 琥珀（研） 枳壳 木香（各半两）
桃仁 鳖甲 大黄（各一两）
上为末，炼蜜丸，如桐子大，食前米饮下，二十丸。
丁香丸 治妇人 痞，结块不散，心腹疼痛。（猛峻之丸、不可妄试）
雄雀粪（炒黄） 鳖甲（各一两） 砂 当归（焙） 芫花（醋炒干，各半两） 巴豆（去皮
心油，二分半）
上为末，研匀，醋煮，面糊丸，如小豆大，当归酒下三丸。
桃仁散 治妇人 痞，心腹胀满，不能饮
食，体瘦无力。
桃仁（一两，汤浸去皮尖、双仁者，面炒令微黄） 诃子皮 白术 赤芍药 当归（各七钱半）
京三棱（微炒一两） 陈皮（去白，三两） 鳖甲（醋炙去裙 ，一两半）
上为散，每服二钱，水一盏，入生姜一钱三分，煎至六分，去滓，食前稍热服。
上方皆攻积之药，性多犷悍，用者慎之。
San Shanjia San (Pangolin Scale Powder): Treats uterine fibroids (masses) in women, as well as heart and abdominal pain caused by the attack of evil blood qi, with a lack of luster in the facial complexion and emaciation and weakness of the four limbs. (This formula has the effects of dissipating nodules, breaking blood stasis, moving qi, eliminating fluid retention, and warming and unblocking accumulated masses; it is an essential medicine for treating accumulated masses.)
Pangolin scales (Stir-baked until ash-white and dry), 1 liang; Turtle shell (Vinegar-processed), 1 liang; Red Peony Root, 1 liang; Rhubarb (Stir-baked), 1 liang; Drynaria Root (Stir-baked until smoke ceases), 1 liang; Cassia Twig, 1 liang; Szechwan Lovage Root, 0.5 liang; Genkwa Flower (Vinegar-processed), 0.5 liang; Angelica Sinensis, 0.5 liang; Moschus, 2 qian 5 fen (separately ground).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix in the Moschus evenly. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine, at any time.
Peng'ezhu Wan (Curcuma Pill): Treats uterine fibroids in women, causing distending pain in the abdomen and hypochondrium, leading to body emaciation and loss of appetite. (This formula breaks stagnant qi, dissipates blood stasis, softens hardness, and promotes warming and purgation; it can also be used as a reserve formula.)
Curcuma Zedoaria, 7 qian 5 fen; Angelica Sinensis (Baked); Cassia Twig; Red Peony Root; Areca Seed; Kelp; Amber (Ground); Aurantium (Stir-baked); Costus Root (each 0.5 liang); Peach Kernel, 1 liang; Turtle Shell, 1 liang; Rhubarb, 1 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into powder, make pills with refined honey, sized like mulberry seeds. Take 20 pills before meals, washed down with rice water.
Dingxiang Wan (Clove Pill): Treats uterine fibroids in women, where the mass does not dissipate, causing heart and abdominal pain. (This is a fierce and harsh pill; do not try it recklessly.)
Male Sparrow Feces (Stir-baked until yellow); Turtle Shell (each 1 liang); Amomum Fruit; Angelica Sinensis (Baked); Genkwa Flower (Vinegar-processed until dry, each 0.5 liang); Croton Seed (peeled, core removed, oil removed), 2 fen 5 li.
Grind the above ingredients into powder, mix evenly, boil with vinegar and wheat paste to make pills sized like small beans. Take 3 pills washed down with Angelica Sinensis wine.
Tao Ren San (Peach Kernel Powder): Treats uterine fibroids in women, causing fullness and distension in the heart and abdomen, inability to eat, body emaciation, and weakness.
Peach Kernel, 1 liang (soaked in hot water, peel and tip removed, double-kernel ones discarded, stir-baked with flour until slightly yellow); Chebula Fruit Pericarp; Atractylodes Macrocephala; Red Peony Root; Angelica Sinensis (each 7 qian 5 fen); Bitter Orange Stem (Stir-baked slightly), 1 liang; Tangerine Peel (white part removed), 3 liang; Turtle Shell (Vinegar-processed, fringe removed), 1.5 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, add 1 cup of water and 1 qian 3 fen of Fresh Ginger, decoct until 0.6 cup remains, remove dregs, and take slightly warm before meals.
The above formulas all consist of medicines that attack and eliminate accumulations; their nature is mostly fierce and harsh. Users must exercise caution.
