Wumingyi (Mineral Drug) is finely ground, mixed with clear oil, and applied topically; if the area is moist, it is dry-applied on top.

Treats irregular menstruation, pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, complete loss of appetite, weakness of the Zang-Fu organs, diarrhea, hardness and pain in the lower abdomen, and alternating chills and fever. This medicine regulates Ying (Nutritive Qi) and Wei (Defensive Qi).
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, radix removed), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Shudihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, radix removed), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), Fuling (Poria, periderm removed), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae). The above ingredients are cut into coarse pieces. Each dose consists of three qian, boiled with one and a half zhan of water, five slices of fresh ginger, and one jujube, until reduced to seven-tenths.
