上为末，将粗药头煎汁煮米糊丸桐子大。朱砂为衣。用黄芩、大黄、羌活、独
活、防己、防风、连翘、黄柏、桔梗、荆芥、当归、山栀、木通、甘草、半夏、紫
苏、薄荷、升麻、川芎、麻黄、乌药等味，煎汁送下百丸，或酒下，朝夕服。避风要紧。
冷疯方 苍斑香豆一斗，胡桃肉四斤，连壳敲碎，火酒十斤，共入坛内浸五
七日，每用一大盅，饭上蒸，不时服，药到病除。
神效追疯丸 治蛤蟆疯、热疙瘩疯。

用芝麻一合，炒黑和研如泥，生布包药，擦之，无块处不可擦。

Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Decoct the coarse medicinal residues to obtain juice, and use this juice to cook rice paste for making pills the size of tung tree seeds. Coat the pills with Cinnabar (Zhusha). To administer, decoct Huangqin, Dahuang, Qianghuo, Duhuo, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Fangji), Fangfeng, Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Jiegeng, Jingjie, Danggui, Gardeniae Fructus (Shanzhi), Akebiae Caulis (Mutong), Gancao, Banxia, Perillae Folium (Zisu), Bohe, Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma), Chuanxiong, Mahuang, Wuyao, etc., in water to make a decoction. Grind into fine powder. Make pills the size of tung tree seeds using yellow millet paste boiled in wine. Take 50 pills each time with wine.
[Banlong Bashi Dan]
Indicated for Louguo Feng (Ant Feng).
Clematis Radix et Caulis (Weilingxian), Atractylodis Rhizoma, Exocarpium Citri Grandis (Tougucacao), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu), Aconiti Radix Praeparata (Caowu) (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Take 3 qian each time with wine to induce sweating. Avoid wind exposure; this is crucial.
[Mahuang San]
Indicated for Loti Feng (Leaky Hoof Feng).
Boswelliae Resina, Myrrha, Phellodendri Cortex, Ephedrae Radix et Caulis (Mahuanggen), Centennial Lime Ash (Wannianhui [i.e., aged lime]), Dryopteris Crassirhizoma Shui Longgu (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder and sprinkle on the affected area. Apply a paper-paste plaster to absorb toxic fluids.
[Treatment for Feng Ulcers]
Alumen Usticum (Kufan) (4 liang), Zanthoxyli Fructus (Huajiao) (3 liang), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi) (2 liang), Realgar (Baipi), Sulfur (Liuhuang) (each 1 liang), Raw Alum (Shengfan) (5 qian).
Grind into a paste, mix with lard (Zhuyou), and apply to the affected area.
[Treatment for Itchy Lumps]
Xanthii Fructus, Commelinae Semen, Sulfur, Borax (Chaonao), Realgar (each 2 qian).
Take one he of sesame seeds, stir-fry until black, mix and grind into a paste. Wrap the medicine in raw cloth and rub it on the skin. Do not rub areas without lumps.

Paramignya Monophylla Cortex (1 jin), Bletillae Rhizoma, Acute Arecae Semen, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Cnidii Fructus (each 1 liang), Piperis Fructus, Calcined Alum (each 5 qian), Realgar (3 qian), Moschus (1 qian).
Grind finely and apply for three days. The above three formulas constitute a total of nine days of rubbing. Mix all with good vinegar. Apply in the early morning, wash off at night with tofu whey, and reapply the next morning. Recovery is certain.
