雷真君逐火丹（《秘录》）。治无意之中，忽为汤火所伤，遍身溃烂，与鬼为邻，服之可以变死而生。
当归（四两） 白茯苓 黄 （各三两） 大黄
（制） 生甘草（各五钱） 荆芥穗（炒黑） 黄芩 防风（各三钱）
水煎服，一剂痛减半，两剂痛全减，三剂疮口全愈，此至圣至神之方也。
又方 哈蜊壳火 研细，麻油调如稀糊，以鹅翎扫上如冰，至重者二三遍全
好，疤痕全无。忌酒，如吃酒必作痒，抓破有痕。
又方 用煮熟鸡蛋黄炒出油来，调竹蛀虫屑搽之。
火疮疼不可忍。

研细末，麻油调搽
又方 先用好酒洗之，再以盐敷，则护肉不坏，如皮塌者，以酒熬牛皮胶敷之，
如遍体伤者，用好酒满浸，温则易之，可保火烧不死。
又方 菜油一碗，浸一刻即不疼，两三日便褪皮，如不便浸，频频涂之。
又方 先以糯米浆鸡翎扫上，后用刘寄奴研末搽上。不痛且无疤痕。
又方 陈年白螺蛳壳 研，入轻粉和研，湿则干掺，不破清油调搽。
又方 白芝麻壳烧存性，研细敷之，若患处干燥，则用麻油调搽。
又方 丹参半斤，羊油二斤，煎三五沸，滤清涂之。

研细，麻油调搽，湿则干掺。
又方 先用蜡酒冷洗，以拔其毒，再用煮熟鸡蛋十余枚，去白取黄，炒焦黑取油一盏，调生大黄细末二两搽之。

用瓷碗一个，生姜擦过，黄土和泥涂
之。碗不能碎，放火上将蜡溶化，藤黄捶如豆大，同熬如炭形为度，将藤黄拣去，蜡
熬如鹅黄色，然后加麻油三斤，煎匀收贮，搽之。
麻黄膏
雄猪油（四两） 斑蝥（三个） 萆麻子（去壳，研极烂一百粒） 麻黄（五钱） 大枫子（去壳研一百粒）
先将猪油化开，下斑蝥煎数沸，随去斑蝥，再下麻黄，煎枯滤去渣，将大枫子、萆麻子和匀听搽。

大黄 朴硝（各等分）
菜油调搽，取肉得咸则坚实，且解热毒也。
汤火伤已发泡者，解热毒为主。
蛤蜊壳（ ） 蚌壳灰 生石膏 大黄（各等分）
研细，香油调搽。取其寒胜热也。
汤泡火伤，并治牲口烧伤，敷上须臾水出，流水则吉，反此为凶。 榆树根
白皮研细一两，飞丹二钱和匀，井华水调敷，或冷水敷之。

共炒黑色存性，研细末，湿则干掺，干则用麻油调搽。
又方 风化锻石入水搅匀澄清，加麻油，约油三灰水七为率，搅匀，鸡翎扫上。
黄柏散 黄柏一大块，用生猪胰炙酥为末，麻油调搽。
火烧闷绝，并治野狼烟煤炭毒 轻则白萝卜汁灌之，重则用热尿灌之。
火伤并火药伤 煤炭烧红捣末，醋调涂。
汤火伤，未起泡者 酱敷。
又方 面糊涂良。
又方 盐汁浸。
汤火伤泡已破者，当收湿解毒生肌为主 榆树皮根研细，麻油调敷。
又方 石膏研细，桐油调敷。痛即止，热即退。
又方 熟石膏、东丹，研匀掺之。

又方 西瓜皮入瓷坛内，埋土内化水，搽之。

生寒水石（不拘多少）
研细，油调涂之，其痛立止。
滚粥 伤 锡箔遍贴神效，如受伤重者，可吃温香油一盅。
汤火伤 槐花炒研末，油调搽，立时止痛。
又方 烂茶叶敷。
汤火伤烂见骨者（《丹方》）。百草霜三钱，轻粉一钱五分，乳香麻油调搽。
玄妙饮
川黄连 天花粉 玄参（各二钱） 桔梗 陈皮 黑山栀（各一钱五分） 淡竹叶（二十片）
水煎服，如药不便，只用好酒温洗，拔其热毒，内服童便，以护其心，使火毒不
内攻，随取大黄末桐油调敷。即垂危者，皆保无恙。
秘方 刘寄奴研为细末，桐油或菜油调敷，其泡立消，其痛立止，倾刻结靥，神验。
又方 圆眼壳烧灰为末，真桐油调涂数次，即愈。
又方 生萝卜捣烂敷之，甚效。
火烧烂神方（周鹤仙）。狗骨 成灰为细末，麻油调敷，神效无比。
烧烂神方 铁锈花磨水涂之，神效。

共研细末，用煮熟鸡蛋黄数枚入锅内炒出油，调敷三五日全好无疤。

老松皮（去外粗皮，去里青皮） 生大黄（各等分）
研细末，生桐油调如稀糊，扫上即出热气，随手其泡自消。
汤火伤 狗油熬老，敷患上，随干随敷。
又方 胭脂湿冷水贴患处，贴后水
干，即用凉水滴胭脂上，立即止痛不起泡。
火烧 人粪瓦上焙枯黑为末，香油调搽。
火烧滚汤起泡 陈乔麦面打糊，裱上立止，疼痛结靥。

平日泡过茶的茶叶剩下的茶脚，不拘甚的粗细茶叶，用瓦坛一个放朝北地上，日
逐装在坛内，聚之已满，用大砖一块盖好，须得一年，用之方妙，愈陈愈好。凡遇上
证，不问已溃未溃，搽上即定痛结疤，第一验方。

滚汤煎膏所伤溃烂 丹参切细，羊油熬膏敷。

汤火伤 生梨捣碎敷。
又方 猪油、生大黄、头发同熬，滤清候冷涂上。
又方 丝瓜叶阴干为末，麻油或菜油调搽。
汤火烫（汪树峰云∶余幼时误坠烈火中，半体皆伤，诸治不效，后得此方始愈，以浓酬始获此方。）
平时收老黄瓜不拘多少，觅浓实瓷瓶收贮，藏暗湿处，自烂为水，涂伤处立时止痛，即不起泡。
又方 狗血涂。
又方 油 子烧成性，研极细末入真香油，在乳钵内研糊涂。
爆竹炸伤 急取鲜柏枝捣和，香油调敷。
汤火伤（王御臣） 伤时人皆仓惶无主，切不可用冷水浇洗，如一时敷药不便，先
饮童便一碗，或生萝卜汁一碗，后用鸡蛋数个，每个打一孔，沥取蛋清入碗内，用
箸调成清水，用鸡毛蘸扫伤处，每次扫六回，每日扫六次，止痛消肿退热，生肌无痕。
又方 陈锻石（新者亦可）。不拘多少，泡水中候灰澄清，取水和小磨麻油搅匀，似
蛋清一样，以鸡翎扫患处，外用兔毛粘贴。若干后沾实，则不必揭动，如不沾再扫贴。
又方 熟鸡蛋黄置银石器中熬油，调胡粉搽。
又方 杨梅树皮及根烧存性，香油调敷。
又方 冬月收头一次雪水，至夏月拾西瓜皮泡雪水内封贮。临用频洗伤处，其效犹速。
又方 梨切片贴，止痛不烂，
火烧 龟甲烧灰，香油调搽。
又方 西瓜皮焙为末，鸡蛋清调搽。
神仙一把抓 治汤火烧伤并杖疮。
黄丹（一两） 潮脑（五钱）
为末，以蜜调匀，涂患处，立刻止疼，好后无痕。
Lei Zhenjun Fire-Expelling Pill (from *Secret Records*). Treats accidental scalds or burns from boiling water and fire, resulting in widespread ulceration and near-death state; taking this formula can reverse death to life.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (4 liang), Poria (Fuling), Astragali Radix (Huangqi) (3 liang each), Rheum Palmatum Radix (Dahuang) (processed), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Gancao) (5 qian each), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie Sui) (charred black), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (3 qian each).
Decoct in water and take orally. After one dose, pain reduces by half; after two doses, pain completely subsides; after three doses, the wound heals completely. This is a supreme and miraculous formula.
Another prescription: Calcined Clam Shell (Geli Ke), ground into fine powder, mixed with Sesame Oil (Mahu You) to form a thin paste. Apply with a goose feather brush like an ice compress. For severe cases, apply two or three times for complete recovery without scars. Avoid alcohol; consumption causes itching and scarring if scratched.
Another prescription: Fry the yolk of a boiled egg to extract oil, mix with debris from bamboo-boring insects, and apply.
For unbearable pain from fire blisters:
Raw Rheum Palmatum Radix (Sheng Dahuang), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji) (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder, mix with Sesame Oil (Mahu You), and apply.
Another prescription: First wash with good wine, then apply salt to protect flesh from decay. If skin collapses, apply cowhide gelatin boiled in wine. For full-body injuries, immerse in good wine, replacing when warm, to prevent death from burning.
Another prescription: One bowl of Rapeseed Oil (Cai You), soak briefly to stop pain; peeling occurs in two to three days. If soaking is inconvenient, apply frequently.
Another prescription: First apply rice flour paste with a chicken feather brush, then apply powder of Artemisia anomala Savi (Liujinu). Stops pain and prevents scarring.
Another prescription: Old white snail shell, ground, mixed with Calomelas (Qingfen). For moist wounds, sprinkle dry powder; for unbroken skin, mix with clear oil and apply.
Another prescription: Burn white sesame husks until carbonized (preserve nature), grind fine and apply. If the area is dry, mix with Sesame Oil (Mahu You) and apply.
Another prescription: Salvia miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizoma (Danshen) 0.5 jin, Mutton Fat (Yangyou) 2 jin. Boil three to five times, filter clear, and apply.

Another prescription: First wash cold with wax-infused wine to draw out toxins. Take over ten boiled eggs, remove whites, fry yolks until blackened to extract one cup of oil. Mix with two liang of fine Raw Rheum Palmatum Radix (Sheng Dahuang) powder and apply.

Grind fine. Mix with Sesame Oil (Mahu You) or candle wax oil and apply.

Beeswax (Baila) (3 liang), Picrasmae Fructus (Tenghuang) (1.5 liang).
Take a porcelain bowl, wipe with fresh ginger, coat outside with mud mixed with yellow earth. Ensure the bowl does not break. Melt beeswax over fire. Crush Tenghuang into bean-sized pieces, boil together until charcoal-like. Remove Tenghuang. Continue boiling beeswax until goose-yellow. Add 3 jin of Sesame Oil (Mahu You), boil evenly, store, and apply.
Mahuang Ointment
Male Pig Lard (Xiongzhiyou) (4 liang), Mylabris (Banmao) (3), Ricinus Communis Semen (Bimazi) (shelled, pounded extremely fine, 100 seeds), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) (5 qian), Semina Biglandulosae (Dafengzi) (shelled, pounded, 100 seeds).
Melt pig lard first. Add Banmao, boil a few times, then remove Banmao. Add Mahuang, boil until withered, filter dregs. Mix Dafengzi and Bimazi evenly and apply.
Another prescription:
Rheum Palmatum Radix (Dahuang), Mirabilite (Puxiao) (equal parts).
Mix with Rapeseed Oil (Cai You) and apply. Saltiness makes flesh firm and resolves heat-toxin.
For scalds/burns with blisters, the primary goal is resolving heat-toxin.
Clam Shell (Geli Ke), Corbiculae Concha Ash (Bengke Hui), Gypsum Fibrosum (Sheng Shigao), Rheum Palmatum Radix (Dahuang) (equal parts).
Grind fine, mix with Sesame Oil (Xiangyou) and apply. Uses cold nature to overcome heat.
For scalds/burns and animal burns: Apply dressing; fluid exudation is auspicious, lack thereof is ominous.
Ulmus davidiana var. japonica Root Bark (Yushugen): White bark, 1 liang ground fine, Feidan (Red Lead Oxide) 2 qian, mixed evenly. Apply with well-water (Jinghua Shui) or cold water.
Another prescription:
Fine Tea (Xi Cha), Wheat (Xiaomai) (equal parts).
Stir-fry until black but preserved (carbonized), grind fine. For moist wounds, sprinkle dry powder; for dry wounds, mix with Sesame Oil (Mahu You) and apply.
Another prescription: Calcined Alum (Fenghua Duanshi) stirred in water, clarified. Add Sesame Oil (Mahu You), ratio approx. 3 parts oil to 7 parts water. Stir, apply with chicken feather brush.
Huangbai Powder: Large piece of Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), roasted with fresh pig pancreas until crisp, ground to powder. Mix with Sesame Oil (Mahu You) and apply.
For smoke inhalation/coma from fire, wolf smoke, or coal dust toxicity: Mild cases, instill fresh radish juice; severe cases, instill hot urine.
For fire/explosive injuries: Red-hot coal, crushed to powder, mixed with vinegar and applied.
For scalds/burns without blisters: Apply soy sauce.

Xuanniao Yin
Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuan Huanglian), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Tianhuafen), Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen) (2 qian each), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Gardeniae Fructus (Hei Shanzhi) (1.5 qian each), Lophatheri Herba (Dan Zhuye) (20 leaves).
Decoct in water. If medicine is unavailable, wash warmly with good wine to draw out heat-toxin. Internally administer child's urine (Tongbian) to protect the heart and prevent internal invasion of fire-toxin. Simultaneously apply Raw Rheum Palmatum Radix (Dahuang) powder mixed with Tung Oil (Tongyou). Even critical patients are saved.
Secret Recipe: Artemisia anomala Savi (Liujinu), ground fine, mixed with Tung Oil (Tongyou) or Rapeseed Oil (Cai You). Blisters vanish, pain stops, scabs form instantly. Miraculous.
Another prescription: Longan shell ash, mixed with pure Tung Oil (Tongyou) and applied several times. Cures.
