上为末，以柿饼膏和杵为丸如绿豆大。每早晚空心开水送下二钱，戒气恼房事，生
冷发物，如痔流水时，不可行走，内外痔漏，并下部有漏，久服神效。
痔漏混元丹（郭朗仙。）
青礞石（八两，黑色打碎有金星者佳） 黑铅（三两，同硫黄四两炒成青金色） 陈明瓦（三两二钱） 明
雄水银 雌黄（各二两） 白砒（八钱） 皂矾（四两） 牙硝（六两，同青礞石 金色）
各研粗末，用升量有多少，好做混元球大小，先以灰如药数成球，庶不致药多
球小也。球成将药装入混元球内，以泥盖盖之封固，入灰缸内，用金粟火煨一日至
夜，又翻转四面俱煨到。取起去盖看时，如药茶褐色、黄色俱好；如白色、黑白色可
再封口煨之。养火一日，取出配后药，每灵药一两，加凤头贯众去心，净二两，以
湿纸包盐泥固济晒干，入炭 红取出，闷息存性，研细末一两，黑枣肉一两二钱，同
入石臼内杵为丸如黄豆大，每空心酒下三四丸，或五丸。服后倘喉痛破损，止药一
二日，待喉中不痛，照前又服，以愈为度。
做紫土混元球法 用紫土槌熟，加旧草鞋或旧棉絮和入土内，多杵为妙，再以
旧绢一小方，药多少即用灰多少于内，包裹成球，要圆些，上扎之，入泥内包裹成
球，以木板打之，入灰内，过一二日换灰，取起又打之。待干，若有缝以泥涂之，以
无缝为度。俟极干透，解去绳，取去灰，入药内，其口先做有子口小盖，现成装药入
内，以盖盖之，再以熟泥封固，要紧，再下缸煨之。
丑午丹 治痔疮痔漏，能止脓水，不用退管，自然敛口，诚乃痔中之圣药也。
马蔺子（三钱，炒研细） 牛黄（三厘）
梨一个去皮，上剜一孔去心，将药装入梨内，仍以盖盖之，竹签扦好，饭锅内
炖熟，不可入水，服时入白蜜七八钱，槌烂食之。一日吃一个，奏功最捷。内外痔均效。
凡痔漏发背，疔毒 疮，破流黄水，到处起疮。杭粉一两，入银罐内化开，成老
金色，冷定研末，加冰片三分，搽之其水自止，其痛亦定，即不成疮矣。
痔漏退管。
猫耳朵刺（即十大功劳，五钱） 槐花（一两）
煎汤，先熏后洗，如打喷嚏，其管即脱下。
治痔漏二三十孔出粪者。
犬肉 青黛（福建者，各八两）
共捣千杵为丸，每空心白酒或白汤送下二钱；至重者一斤，全好。
熏洗痔漏 瓦松、皮硝、川椒、地骨皮、槐条，用鳖一个，煨汤煎药，倾净桶内，先熏后洗。
又方 花椒、艾叶、葱白、白茄根、马齿苋、皮硝、五倍子，煎汤，先熏后洗。
皮丸
刺 皮（三四个，酒浸焙） 经霜槐角子（一斤）
当归（三两）
共为末，炼蜜丸，桐子大，每服一二百丸，温酒送下。
痔漏。（汤道士。）
穿山甲（炙一两） 槐花 明矾（各二两）
共研细，黄蜡二两熔化为丸，每服一钱五分。
痔漏丸
金银花（一斤） 甘草节 连翘（去心各三两）
共研细末，用夏枯草八两熬膏，加炼蜜少许，和杵为丸如弹子大，约重三钱。每
早晚用开水或酒调服一丸。戒色欲、烧酒，余者不忌。一料全愈。
痔漏 象牙屑二斤，研极细末，每早用熟鸡蛋三个蘸屑吃。或入稀粥内，服完一料全愈。
三十年痔漏三料除根。
白莲须 黑牵牛（各一两五钱） 当归（五钱）
研末，每服二钱空心酒下。忌热物。五日见效。
(Totaling) two liang), Xiangpi (Dermatopterae Cutis, stir-fried with earth), Honghua (Carthami Flos), Chuanlian (Coptidis Rhizoma, five qian each), Shibi (Diospyri Fructus, eight liang, soaked in aged tea, pounded into paste together with Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) and Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata)), Huaiguoz (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, stir-fried with seeds, two liang).
The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Mix with the persimmon paste and pound to form pills the size of mung beans. Take two qian orally with warm water on an empty stomach every morning and evening. Avoid emotional anger and sexual intercourse; refrain from consuming raw, cold, and "fa-wu" (stimulating/triggering foods). If hemorrhoids are oozing fluid, avoid walking. For internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, fistulas, and other fistulas in the lower body, long-term administration yields miraculous effects.
Zhi Lou Hunyuan Dan (Formula by Guo Langxian.)
Qingmengshi (Lepidocrocitum, eight liang, preferably black and crushed to reveal golden stars), Heiqian (Plumbum, three liang, stir-fried with Liuhuang (Sulfur, four liang) until it turns cyan-golden), Chenmingwa (Old Glazed Tile, three liang two qian), Mingxiongshuiyin (Mercurii Oxydum Rubrum), Cihuang (Realgar, two liang each), Baipi (Arsenicum Album, eight qian), Zaojian (Melanterium, four liang), Yanxiao (Natrii Sulfas, six liang, stir-fried with Qingmengshi until golden-yellow).
Grind each herb into a coarse powder. The quantity depends on the desired size of the "Hunyuan Ball." First, make a ball core using ash matching the weight of the medicine to prevent the medicine-to-ball ratio from being too high. Once the ball is formed, pack the medicinal powder inside the Hunyuan ball. Seal tightly with clay, place in an ash kiln, and roast over "Jinsu fire" for one day and night. Flip and roast all sides evenly. Remove and inspect after removing the lid: if the medicine turns tea-brown or yellow, it is acceptable; if white or black-white, reseal and roast again. After roasting for another day, remove and mix with the following: for every one liang of the processed spirit medicine, add two liang of cleaned Fengtou Guanzhong (Cyathulae Radix or similar, de-hearted). Wrap in wet paper, seal firmly with salt mud, dry, then place in red-hot charcoal, remove, and smolder to preserve properties. Grind into one liang of fine powder. Mix with one liang two qian of black date flesh. Pound in a stone mortar to form pills the size of soybeans. Take three to five pills orally with wine on an empty stomach. If throat pain or ulceration occurs after taking the medicine, stop for one to two days. Resume when the throat pain subsides, continuing until cured.
Method for Making Purple Earth Hunyuan Balls:
Pound purple earth until soft. Mix in old straw sandals or old cotton wadding. Pounding thoroughly is ideal. Wrap the mixture in a small square of old silk cloth. Use an amount of ash corresponding to the medicine quantity inside the wrap to form a ball. Ensure it is round and tie it securely. Place in mud to form a ball shape, beat with a wooden board, and put in ash. Change the ash after one or two days, take out, and beat again. When dry, apply mud to any cracks until seamless. Wait until completely dry, untie the rope, remove the ash, and insert the medicine. Prepare a small lid with a lip for the opening. Insert the medicine, cover with the lid, seal tightly with prepared mud, and roast in the kiln.
Chou Wu Dan
Treats hemorrhoids and fistulas, stops pus discharge, eliminates the need for seton drainage, and promotes natural wound closure. It is truly a holy medicine for hemorrhoids.
Malinzi (Maillardae Semen, three qian, stir-fried and finely ground), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus, three li).
Take one pear, peel it, cut a hole at the top, and remove the core. Place the medicine inside the pear. Cover the hole, secure with a bamboo skewer, and steam in a rice cooker until cooked. Do not add water. When ready to consume, add seven to eight qian of white honey, mash well, and eat. One pear per day yields the fastest results. Effective for both internal and external hemorrhoids.
For any hemorrhoid fistula, carbuncle back, ding toxin sores, ruptured yellow fluid discharge, or sores appearing anywhere: Take Hangfen (Calamina, one liang), melt in a silver jar until it becomes old gold color, cool, grind into powder, add Sanfen (three fen) of Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum), and apply externally. Fluid discharge will stop, pain will subside, and sores will not form.
Fistula Tube Shedding for Hemorrhoid Fistula.
Maoderci Ci (Mahoniae Folium / Ten Great Merits, five qian), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos, one liang).
Decoct in water. Fumigate first, then wash. If sneezing occurs, the tube will shed naturally.
Treatment for Hemorrhoid Fistula with Twenty to Thirty Holes Discharging Feces.
Quanyou (Dog Meat), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, preferably from Fujian, eight liang each).
Pound together for a thousand strokes to form pills. Take two qian orally with white wine or plain water on an empty stomach. For severe cases, one jin (500g) ensures complete recovery.
Fumigation and Washing for Hemorrhoid Fistula.
Wasong (Parmeliae Thallus), Pinxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Digupi (Bark of Lycii Radix), Huaitiao (Twigs of Sophora japonica). Decoct with one soft-shelled turtle. Pour into a clean bucket. Fumigate first, then wash.
Another Formula: Huajiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Congbai (Scallion White), Baiqiegen (Root of White Eggplant), Machixian (Portulacae Herba), Pinxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis). Decoct in water. Fumigate first, then wash.
Pi Wan (Bark Pill)
Ci Pi (Bark of Thorny Plant, three or four pieces, soaked in wine and baked), Jingshuang Huaiguoz (Frost-exposed Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, one jin).
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, three liang).
Grind into powder. Form pills with refined honey, size of tung tree seeds. Take 100-200 pills per dose with warm wine.
Hemorrhoid Fistula. (Formula by Daoist Tang.)
Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama, roasted, one liang), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos), Mingfan (Alumen, two liang each).
Grind finely. Melt Huangla (Beeswax, two liang) to form pills. Take one qian five fen per dose.
Hemorrhoid Fistula Pill
Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, one jin), Gancao Jie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma - nodes), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus, de-hearted, three liang each).
Grind into fine powder. Decoct Bazhukao (Prunella Spica, eight liang) into paste. Add a little refined honey. Mix and pound into pills the size of marbles, weighing about three qian each. Take one pill orally mixed with warm water or wine morning and evening. Abstain from sexual desire and distilled liquor; no other dietary restrictions. One course leads to complete cure.
Hemorrhoid Fistula
Xiangya Xie (Ivory Dust, two jin), grind to extremely fine powder. Every morning, dip three boiled eggs into the powder and eat them. Alternatively, mix into thin porridge. Complete cure after finishing one course.
Three courses eradicate thirty-year-old hemorrhoid fistula roots.
Bailianxu (Nelumbinis Stamen), Qeiniu (Pharbitidis Semen Nigrum, one liang five qian each), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, five qian).
Grind into powder. Take two qian orally with wine on an empty stomach. Avoid hot foods. Effects seen within five days.
