经曰∶前阴所过之脉有二∶一曰肝，二曰督脉，足厥阴之脉入毛中，过阴器，抵
少腹，是肝脉所过也。督脉起于小腹以下骨中央，女子系廷孔，循阴器，男子循茎，下至纂，与女子等，是督脉所过也。
冯鲁瞻曰∶产后阴脱者，多由妇人生产用力太过，致阴下脱，宜内服升补为主。（《锦囊》）
《丹心》云∶阴户脱出，盖因努力太过所致，若脱肛状，逼迫肿痛，清水续续，小便淋沥，宜当归黄 饮。
陈实功曰∶阴脱乃阴户开而不闭，痒痛出水，乃忧思太过所致，宜逍遥散、归
脾汤，俱加柴胡、山栀、白芍、牡丹皮，外用荆芥、枳壳、诃子、五倍子，大剂煎洗。（《正宗》）
当归黄 饮（《丹心》）治阴脱。
黄 （酒炒，三钱） 当归 人参 升麻（各二钱） 甘草（一钱） 水煎服。
外治（《丹心》）
硫黄 乌贼骨（各五钱） 五倍子（二钱五分）
研细，敷患处，即效。
产后生肠不收（《丹心》）。八物汤加防风升麻，须用酒炒黄 为君煎服，外以樗
根白皮五钱，荆芥、升麻、藿香各二钱，煎汤熏洗患处，即入。
又方（《丹心》）。枳壳二两，煎汤温浸良久，自入。
又方（《良方》）。取大纸捻蘸油点火吹灭，以烟熏产母鼻，即上。
产后阴户突出（《入门》）。用四物汤加龙骨，或五倍子，连服二贴，外以香油和汤洗于患处。
硫黄汤（《正传》）。治产后玉门不敛。
硫黄（四两） 吴茱萸 菟丝子（各一两五钱） 蛇床子（一两）
共研末。每用五钱，水一碗，煎汤乘温频熏洗，自敛。
又法（《丹心》）。香油五斤煎热，盛盆坐其中一食顷，以皂角末吹鼻作嚏，即收。
产后用力太过，阴门突出 当归、川芎、赤芍、熟地，水煎，入龙骨末少许和
匀，连服二剂。外用麻油和汤熏洗，即收。
The classics state: There are two meridians passing through the anterior yin (genital region): one is the Liver meridian, and the other is the Du meridian. The Foot-Jueyin Liver meridian enters the pubic hair area, passes through the genitalia, and reaches the lower abdomen; this is the path of the Liver meridian. The Du meridian originates from the central bone below the lower abdomen. In women, it connects to the Ting Kong (a point near the urethra/vagina), follows the genitalia upward; in men, it follows the penis downward to the perineum, which is equivalent to the female path; this is the path of the Du meridian.
Feng Luzhan stated: Postpartum uterine prolapse (Yin Tuo) is mostly caused by excessive exertion during childbirth, leading to the descent and prolapse of the vaginal organs. Treatment should primarily focus on internal administration of herbs that lift and tonify. (From *Jinnang*)
*Danxin* states: Prolapse of the vaginal introitus is generally caused by excessive straining. It resembles rectal prolapse, accompanied by a sensation of urgency, swelling, pain, continuous discharge of clear fluid, and dribbling urination. Danggui Huangqi Yin is suitable.
Chen Shigong stated: Yin Tuo refers to the opening of the vaginal introitus without closure, accompanied by itching, pain, and discharge of fluid. This is caused by excessive worry and overthinking. Xiaoyao San and Guipi Tang are suitable, both added with Chaihu, Zhizi, Baishao, and Mudanpi. Externally, Jingjie, Zhiqiao, Hezi, and Wubeizi should be decocted in large doses for washing. (From *Zhengzong*)
Danggui Huangqi Yin (from *Danxin*) treats Yin Tuo.
Huangqi (stir-fried with wine, 3 qian) Danggui Renshen Shengma (each 2 qian) Gancao (1 qian). Decoct in water and take orally.
External treatment (from *Danxin*)
Liuhuang Oupigu (each 5 qian) Wubeizi (2.5 qian).
Grind into fine powder and apply to the affected area; immediate effect.
Postpartum rectal prolapse unable to retract (from *Danxin*). Bawu Tang added with Fangfeng and Shengma. Huangqi must be stir-fried with wine and used as the chief herb for decoction. Externally, use 5 qian of Chugenbaipi, 2 qian each of Jingjie, Shengma, and Huoxiang. Decoct in water to fumigate and wash the affected area; it will retract immediately.
Another prescription (from *Danxin*). 2 liang of Zhiqiao, decoct in water. Soak the affected area in the warm solution for a long time; it will retract spontaneously.
Another prescription (from *Liangfang*). Take a large paper wick, dip it in oil, light it, and then blow it out. Use the smoke to fumigate the nose of the postpartum mother; the prolapse will ascend.
Postpartum vaginal protrusion (from *Rumen*). Use Siwu Tang added with Longgu, or Wubeizi. Take continuously for two doses. Externally, wash the affected area with sesame oil mixed with water.
Liuhuang Tang (from *Zhengchuan*). Treats postpartum failure of the vaginal introitus to contract.
Liuhuang (4 liang) Wuzhuyu Tusizi (each 1.5 liang) Shechuangzi (1 liang).
Grind together into powder. Each time use 5 qian, add one bowl of water, decoct, and frequently fumigate and wash while warm; it will contract spontaneously.
Another method (from *Danxin*). Heat 5 jin of Sesame Oil, place in a basin, and sit in it for about the duration of a meal. Blow Sijiao powder into the nose to induce sneezing; the prolapse will retract.
Postpartum excessive exertion causing protrusion of the vulva. Danggui, Chuanxiong, Chishao, Shudi. Decoct in water, add a small amount of Longgu powder, mix evenly, and take continuously for two doses. Externally, fumigate and wash with Sesame Oil mixed with water; it will retract.
