甘草 白术 人参 茯苓 羌活 防风 菊花 生地黄 蒺藜 肉苁蓉 山药 牛膝 青葙子 密蒙花
菟丝子 木贼 川芎（各一两）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，桐子大，空心茶清送三钱。
已成黑风有余证，羚羊角饮黑羚羌，车前桔梗黄芩共，柴胡茺蔚细辛防。

黑参（一钱） 羚羊角（一钱） 羌活（一钱） 车前子（一钱半） 桔梗（一钱） 黄芩（一钱）

已成乌风不足证，补肝散内用川芎，熟地当归蒺藜芍，木贼夏枯草防风。

Formula for Tonify Kidney Pill:
Shu Dihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) (1 liang), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome) (1 liang), Congweizi (Leonurus Fruit) (1 liang), Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit) (3 qian), Xixin (Asarum Root) (3 qian), Shanyao (Dioscorea Rhizome) (1 liang), Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed) (1 liang).
