Treatment for Hematuria: Hematuria refers to the condition where blood appears in the urine without pain. If accompanied by pain, it is termed Blood Lin (Blood strangury).
Burn hair into ash and grind into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with boiling wine on an empty stomach. Alternatively, use Baicaoshuang (Soot from the bottom of a cooking pot), mixed with wine. Or use Fulonggan (Caulis Cinnamomi / Hearth Earth), mixed with plain boiled water.

Treatment for Pain in the Urethra in Men and Abdominal Pain due to Blood Stasis in Women:
Take a large handful of Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae), decoct in wine and drink; symptoms will resolve immediately.

For Lower Urinary Tract Bleeding unresponsive to Clearing Heat and Promoting Diuresis:
Treat with Butong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) added with Cheqianzi (Semen Plantaginis); it will heal spontaneously.

A Highly Effective Formula for Lower Urinary Tract Bleeding:
Hanliancao (Herba Ecliptae) and Cheqianzi (Semen Plantaginis) in equal parts.
Crush these two herbs to extract their natural juices. Take one teacupful on an empty stomach daily.

Secret Recipe for Various Hernias and Scrotal Carbuncle:
Take one pair of large kidneys from a male pig, keep them dry (do not touch water), remove membranes and blood, and slice them. Stir-fry Da Huixiang (Fructus Anisi Stellati) and Xiao Huixiang (Fructus Foeniculi), each 1 liang, until coarse crumbs. Boil together with the kidney slices.
Another method: Boil with 3 bowls of raw Baijiu (Chinese white liquor).

Treatment for Xiangshan (Hernia with intestinal borborygmus) and Xiaochangqi (Intestinal Hernia):
Mutong (Caulis Akebiae), Chuanlian (Fructus Toosendan), each 1 qian; Da Hui (Fructus Anisi Stellati), 5 fen; Feiyan (Refined Salt), 3.5 fen.
Grind the above into powder. Mix with water and wine for oral administration. Sweating occurs after the first dose. Cure within seven days. For young men, double the dosage. Administer all on an empty stomach with wine.

Formula for Hernia Qi:
Lizhihe (Semen Litchi), 6 liang; Juhe (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, crushed and stir-fried), 1 liang; Xiao Hui (Fructus Foeniculi, stir-fried), 6 liang; Chuanlianzi (Fructus Toosendan, steamed in wine), 1 liang; Luoba (Semen Raphani, stir-fried with wine), 1 liang; Jia (Scuta Trionycis, stir-fried with earth), 2 liang.
Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae), 1.5 fen, mix with yellow wine for administration.

Treatment for Wet Hernia causing Testicular Pain:
Qiai (Folium Artemisiae Argyi), Zisuye (Folium Perillae, baked), Chuanjiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli, stir-fried hot), each 3 liang.
Mix the three ingredients thoroughly. While hot, place in a silk bag and apply between the scrotum and thighs. Ensure no air escapes.

Large Formula for Scrotal and Testicular Swelling:
Zaoxintu (Caulis Cinnamomi / Hearth Earth), 3 sheng. Stir-fry in a clay pot until hot. Add Chuanjiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli) and Xiao Huixiang (Fructus Foeniculi) powders, each 1 liang, and mix well. Sit on the mixture. Replace when it cools.

Treatment for Persistent Scrotal and Testicular Swelling:
Select 12-13 large Lizhihe (Semen Litchi). Char them until they retain medicinal properties (carbonized but active). Mix with Huojiu (Fire Wine/Baijiu) to form a paste. Ingest; swelling will subside. For severe cases, take another dose.

Treatment for Asymmetrical Hernia (Unilateral Testicular Descent):
Slice thick ginger and lay it on a board. Pile a mound of Qiai (Folium Artemisiae Argyi) on top. Ignite and burn. When the fire is nearly extinguished, while still hot, pound the ginger and mugwort together until extremely fine. Apply to the affected area. (Text ends abruptly here).
