茱萸 白芨 白蔹 黄连 黄柏 当归（各等分）
上用香油四两，入柳枝三尺四寸长同煎，柳枝黑为度，入前药末同煎紫色，用绢滤去滓
，再
通血积药，一日二次，方用换痔药。

上为末，用一钱嚼温酒下，又将通真丸一粒，临卧再服。

上研匀细，醋糊为丸，如梧桐子大。用一钱，以木瓜、生姜，共药一处，湿纸裹煨，香

苦参 蓬莪术（炮） 荆芥穗（炒） 益智（各一两，去皮）
上为末，每服一钱，水一盏，姜蜜同煎八分，入盐虚心服之。
骨碎补 穿山甲（二两，蛤粉炒） 玄胡索（半两，生） 甘草根
上为细末，茶调半钱，空心服之。
滑石（三钱） 鳖甲（半两） 川乌（一两，去皮、尖） 秦艽（半钱） 前胡（半两）
上为末，每服二钱，小麦三十五粒，同煎至七分，通口服，不拘时，三四服见效。

上为末，以栝蒌五个去子，入药在内，用新瓦瓶盛之。后用黄泥固济，火 烟尽。末入
没药、青木香各一钱，荆芥一两。
上为末，同煎药一处服二钱，胡桃酒下，日三服，茶亦可。
Ru Xiang Gao (Frankincense Ointment) for Applying to Hemorrhoids.
Shanzhuyu (Cornus Officinalis Fruit), Baiji (Bletilla Rhizome), Bailian (Lilium Bulb), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) (equal parts).
Take four taels of sesame oil, add a willow branch three chi and four cun long, and decoct together until the willow branch turns black. Then add the aforementioned powdered herbs and decoct together until the mixture turns purple. Filter through silk cloth to remove dregs. This is used as a vehicle for Tong Xue Ji (Blood Stasis Resolving) medicine, applied twice daily, before changing to hemorrhoid-specific medicines.
Tong Xue Ji (Blood Stasis Resolving).
Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Huomazi (Hemp Seed), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) (each half liang).
Grind into powder. Take one qian per dose, chew and swallow with warm wine. Additionally, take one pill of Tong Zhen Wan at bedtime.
Liangjiang (Galangal Rhizome) (processed), Kezi (Chebulic Myrobalan Fruit) (processed), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark) (peeled), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Roudoukou (Nutmeg), Poguzhi (Psoralea Fruit), Huixiang (Fennel Fruit), Huluba (Trigonella Foenum-graecum Seed) (each one qian).
Mo (Ink) (one qian).
Grind uniformly into fine powder. Use vinegar paste to make pills, size similar to Sophora seeds. Take one qian per dose. Combine with Papaya and Ginger, wrap in wet paper, and bake until fragrant and cooked. Swallow with warm wine.
Treating Loss of Appetite.
Kushen (Sophora Root), Peng'ezhu (Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome) (processed), Jingjiesui (Schizonepeta Spike) (stir-fried), Yizhi (Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit) (each one liang, peeled).
Grind into powder. Take one qian per dose. With one cup of water, decoct with ginger and honey until reduced to eight-tenths. Add salt and take on an empty stomach.
Gusuibu (Drynaria Rhizome), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales) (two liang, stir-fried with clam powder), Xuanshusuo (Corydalis Rhizome) (half liang, raw), Gancaogen (Licorice Root).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with tea, take half qian per dose, on an empty stomach.
Huashi (Talcum), Biejia (Turtle Shell), Chuanwu (Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateral Root) (one liang, peeled and tip removed), Qinjiao (Gentiana Macrophylla Root), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix) (half liang).
Grind into powder. Take two qian per dose. With thirty-five wheat grains, decoct until reduced to seven-tenths. Take orally, anytime. Effective after three or four doses.
Jingmo (Beijing Ink), Huangniujiao (Bovine Horn) (one piece), Shetui (Snake Slough) (one whole strip), Binglang (Areca Seed) (three pieces), Zhuyazaojiao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit) (ten pieces), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales), Manjingzi (Vitex Fructus) (each one liang), Heigouji (Cibotium Barometz) (one liang, hairs removed), Huangjingzi (Vitex Negundo Leaf/Fruit) (half liang), Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus) (one liang, peel and white pith removed).
Grind into powder. Take five Trichosanthes fruits, remove seeds, and insert the powder inside. Store in a new clay jar. Seal tightly with yellow mud and fire until smoke ceases. Add Moyao (Myrrha) and Qingmuxiang (Indigo Naturalis? Note: Usually Aquilaria or similar aromatic, but text says Qingmu) each one qian, Jingjie (Schizonepeta) one liang.
Grind into powder. Decoct together with the previous medicine. Take two qian, swallow with Walnut Wine. Three times daily. Tea can also be used.
