专治石瘿、气瘿、筋瘿、血瘿等证，急服此药，及后药敷之。
海藻（洗） 龙胆 海蛤 通草 贝母（去心，各三钱） 昆布 矾石（枯） 松萝（各三钱）
麦曲 半夏（各一钱）
总为细末，每服二钱，南酒温调服之。忌一切毒物及甘草、鸡、鱼、五辛、生冷、果木
等物，忌食方效。
专治皮肤项面上生疮瘤，大者如拳，小者如粟，或软或硬，不疼不痛，宜用此药，不可
辄用
者亦可。为末，醋调如膏。小点破，令气透出，却以药膏摊于纸上，象瘤大小贴之，觉痒则
不可以手动拨，则频贴取效。若纸上药干，又换湿的粘贴为妙。

此证发于胸者，名曰井疽，状如大豆，三四日起，若不早疗，下入于腹，入腹不疗，十
日当死，急服内固清心散。（方见前。）若外发可治，内发伤膜，主死无疑矣。

此证发为肺疽、心疽、肝疽、肾痈、脾疽、胃疽、大肠疽、三焦疽、小肠痈。上验其人
所募
治；发于内伤膜者，流脓大便出者，必难治。参详而疗之。

乳痈证，凡有儿者，名为外吹奶；有孕者，名为内吹奶。可以急治敷散，不然出脓，即
用生肌定痛药见效。
Specifically treats conditions such as Shi Ying (Stone Goiter), Qi Ying (Qi Goiter), Jin Ying (Sinew Goiter), and Xue Ying (Blood Goiter). Urgently administer this medicine, followed by external application.
Algae (Seaweed) (washed), Gentian Root (Longdan), Clam Shell (Haige), Tetrapanax Pith (Tongcao), Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu) (heart removed, each 3 qian), Kelp (Kunbu), Alum Fan Stone (Fanshi) (calcined), Usnea (Songluo) (each 3 qian).
Wheat Malt Qu (Maiqu), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia) (each 1 qian).
Grind all into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mix with warm Southern wine for administration. Avoid all toxic substances, as well as Licorice Root (Gancao), chicken, fish, the "Five Pungent Spices" (Wuxin), raw/cold foods, and fruits. Adherence to these dietary restrictions is required for efficacy.
Specifically treats sores and tumors on the skin, neck, and face. Large ones are like fists, small ones like millet grains; they may be soft or hard, painless and non-itchy. This medicine should be used; do not casually use other methods. Grind into powder, mix with vinegar to form a paste. If small points rupture, allow pathogenic qi to escape. Then spread the medicinal paste on paper, cut to the size of the tumor, and apply it. If itching is felt, do not move or pick at it with hands; frequent application will yield results. If the medicine on the paper dries out, replacing it with a moist one is advisable.

When this condition occurs on the chest, it is named Jing Ju (Well Abscess). It resembles a soybean. Starting from the third or fourth day, if not treated early, the pathogen descends into the abdomen. If it enters the abdomen and remains untreated, death will occur within ten days. Urgently administer Nei Gu Qing Xin San (Inner Stabilization and Heart-Clearing Powder). (Formula seen previously.) If it manifests externally, it is treatable; if it manifests internally damaging the membranes, death is certain.

This condition manifests as Lung Ju, Heart Ju, Liver Ju, Kidney Yong (Abscess), Spleen Ju, Stomach Ju, Large Intestine Ju, San Jiao Ju, and Small Intestine Yong. Verify based on the person's Mu (Alarm) points; if it originates internally damaging the membranes and pus flows out with stool, it is certainly difficult to treat. Carefully analyze and treat it.

Regarding Breast Abscess (Ru Yong): in women with children, it is called Wai Chui Nai (External Blowing Milk); in pregnant women, it is called Nei Chui Nai (Internal Blowing Milk). Emergency treatment with topical powders can be applied; otherwise, once pus forms, use Sheng Ji Ding Tong Yao (Flesh-Generating and Pain-Stopping Medicine) for effective results.
