上用荆芥锉水三碗煎，常常煎下，如洗痔了，依旧倾入瓶内，火煨之，可用三五次。
大黄（湿纸包煨、锉） 枳壳（去穣） 当归（蜜炼）
上三味，等分为末，蜜丸。每服二十丸或三十丸，汤下，量脏腑虚实多寡服之。缘为已
用枯药后，痔头将欲焦枯，粪门迫急，恐大便坚难下，所以预服此药，令脏腑稀滑耳。
龙骨（ ，去火毒） 香白芷 好黄丹 软石膏（ ，去火毒）
上等分为极细末后，痔头落尽，以此药掺，收敛疮口，仓卒要用耳。
生地黄（二两） 黄芩（三两）
上锉。每服三钱，水一盏，煎至六七分，温服。用药之后，小便恐赤涩，即服之，加滑
石、甘草、灯心。
黄连 郁金
上二味，等分为末，用蜜水调敷痔头上。虚人已用枯药上，忽有些疼痛，用此其疼即止
。一方，只用脑子末敷之亦可。
此药调理气血，排脓生肌后，痔疮将欲收敛，即服此。所谓肠头直后，疮口安好，血气
中和，自然收入。
人参 黄 当归（各二两） 桔梗 芎 浓朴 官桂 防风 白芷 甘草（各一两）
上十味各等分为细末，以木香汤并温酒下，亦可日二三服。
甘草煎汤。常常要煎下熏洗痔疮。盖甘草自是痔药，又解砒毒。若疮收敛，其痒异常，
尤要此药浇洗，温热随意。
催痔 治痔虽硬，只是不脱，用此药催自落。
百草霜（二钱） 白姜末（一钱） 川乌头
上为细末，以井水调稀，用笔点痔上，良久立脱。
熨法 凡医痔，用枯痔药后，急大小便间好肉疼如针刺，及痛上肾根，令人将衣物火上
烘之，令热熨痛处三五次，其痛即止。
Take Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), cut into pieces, add three bowls of water, and decoct. Decoct frequently for oral administration. If used to wash hemorrhoids, pour the liquid back into the bottle, keep warm over a slow fire, and it can be used three to five times.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (wrapped in wet paper and roasted, then cut) Zhike (Aurantii Fructus) (pulp removed) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (processed with refined honey).
The above three ingredients are ground into powder in equal proportions and formed into pills with honey. Take twenty or thirty pills per dose, washed down with decoction, adjusting the dosage according to the deficiency or excess of the Zang-Fu organs. Since "Ku" (withering) medicine has already been applied, and the hemorrhoidal head is about to become necrotic and fall off, causing urgency and tightness in the anus, with fear of hard stool being difficult to pass, this medicine is taken in advance to make the intestines slippery and smooth.
Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae) (remove fire toxicity) Xiangbaizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Hao Huangdan (Minium) Ruan Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) (remove fire toxicity).
The above ingredients are ground into an extremely fine powder in equal proportions. After the hemorrhoidal head has completely fallen off, sprinkle this powder on the wound to promote healing and contraction of the sore, for emergency use.
Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) (2 liang) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (3 liang).
Cut the herbs. Take 3 qian per dose, add one lamp of water, decoct until reduced to six or seven parts, and take warm. After using this medicine, if there is concern about red and painful urination, take this formula; Slipperstone (Talcum), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), and Dengxincao (Junci Medulla) may be added.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) Yujin (Curcumae Longae Radix).
The above two ingredients are ground into powder in equal proportions and mixed with honey water to apply to the hemorrhoidal head. For patients with deficiency who have used "Ku" medicine, if sudden slight pain occurs, applying this will stop the pain immediately. Another prescription suggests using only Binao (Borneolum Syntheticum) powder for application.
This medicine regulates Qi and Blood, expels pus, and generates flesh. It is taken after these processes, when the hemorrhoid is about to retract. As stated, after the prolapsed rectal tissue returns, the wound heals well, Qi and Blood harmonize, and natural retraction occurs.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) Huangqi (Astragali Radix) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 2 liang) Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 liang).
The above ten ingredients are each ground into fine powder. Take with Mugui Tang (Liquidambar Decoction) and warm wine, or take two to three times daily.
Decoct Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) in water. Frequently decoct for fumigation and washing of hemorrhoids. Gancao is inherently a medicine for hemorrhoids and also detoxifies arsenic. If the wound contracts and itching becomes abnormal, it is especially important to wash with this medicine, at a comfortable temperature.
Cui Zhi (Promoting Hemorrhoid Detachment): To treat hemorrhoids that are hard but do not detach, use this medicine to induce their natural falling off.
Baicaoshuang (Herbarius Carbonatus) (2 qian) Baijiangmo (Zingiberis Rhizoma Pulvis) (1 qian) Chuan Wutou (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata).
Grind into fine powder, dilute with well water, and dot onto the hemorrhoid with a brush. It will detach shortly.
Yu Fa (Hot Compress Method): Whenever treating hemorrhoids, after using "Ku" medicine, if healthy tissue between defecations hurts like needle pricks, and the pain radiates to the root of the kidney, causing distress, heat items on a fire and use them to hot-compress the painful area three to five times, which will stop the pain.
