She was treated with Xiaofeng San (Eliminate Wind Powder) for four doses, showing slight improvement; subsequently, using Sisheng Wan (Four Generations Pill), she recovered after more than a month.
A man experienced less itching but more pain, with no pus or fluid; he was treated with Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Lianzi (Coptidis Rhizoma), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), and Guisui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis caulis), and was cured.

A man had lesions predominantly on the lower body, experiencing pain that was particularly severe during the Dingwu period (3-5 PM). The tendons at his ankle were purple and swollen. Pricking was performed at the purple areas to release blood stasis. He was treated with Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) added with Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) and Lianzi (Coptidis Rhizoma), stabilizing after four doses. If the lesion were on the upper body, such as purple and swollen tendons at the wrist, pricking to release blood would also be appropriate, followed by treatment with the aforementioned decoction added with Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) and Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), leading to recovery.
