Lower back pain during pregnancy is of utmost importance. If caused by deficiency and damage of Kidney Yuan, *Qing'e Wan* is suitable. If blood deficiency fails to nourish the fetus, thereby failing to nourish the Kidney resulting in Kidney deficiency lower back pain, *Zhushen Wan* is suitable.
