前条危候,治逆则水血皆溷,无延长之道也。亦有下元虚寒者,湿在肾经,走于带脉,由阴道出,其色淡黑,寒水

In leukorrhea syndromes, there are cases presenting with a pure yellow color. The color adheres to clothing and cannot be washed off; this is Spleen Dampness causing Yellow Jaundice (Huangdan). The urine will also be pure yellow, staining clothes like dye. This condition should be treated primarily as Yellow Jaundice, while slightly attending to the Ren Mai (Conception Vessel) and Dai Mai (Girdle Vessel).
Prepared Ezhu (Curcuma zedoaria Rhizome), Baifuling (Poria Cocos with Bamboo Sap), Fa Banxia (Pinellia Ternata Rhizome processed with Ginger), Zhim Houpo (Magnolia Officinalis Bark processed), Sheng Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus raw), Shanyao (Dioscorea Opposita Rhizome stir-fried), Zhi Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizome processed), Chifuling (Red Poria), Mian Yinchchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba), Fuzexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Jiang Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma processed with Ginger), Guanzhong (Osmunda Japonica Thallus stir-fried), Guiban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum), Guang Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Gancaoshao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma tip).
Black leukorrhea is characterized by abdominal pain, stabbing pain in the urethra during urination, swelling of the vulva, and a red complexion. In chronic stages, the patient becomes emaciated and sallow, yet exhibits polyphagia (increased appetite) and extreme thirst with excessive drinking. This results from the combined fire of the Stomach Fu, Sanjiao (Triple Burner), Mingmen (Gate of Life), and Bladder, which boil and consume body fluids. However, this disease does not arise overnight, nor can it persist indefinitely once formed. If addressed early, how could it reach such a critical state?
Fu Shi Li Huo Tang (Master Fu's Fire-Draining Decoction): Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Zhi Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizome processed), Fei Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Seed stir-fried with Wine), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Chao Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus stir-fried), Baifuling (Poria Cocos with Bamboo Sap), Liu Jinu (Artemisiae Annuae Herba), Wangbuliuxing (Vaccariae Semen).
Regarding the critical syndrome mentioned above, if treatment is incorrect, water and blood will mix chaotically, and the condition will not prolong. There are also cases caused by deficiency-cold of the Lower Yuan (Kidney and Mingmen), where dampness stays in the Kidney Meridian and flows into the Dai Mai, exiting through the vagina with a pale black color, which is the natural appearance of cold water. The patient typically has a pale face, no thirst, or poor appetite, cold feet, a sensation of sitting in water below the waist, and a tight or deep-slow Chi pulse. Urgent warming of the Lower Yuan is required.

Women suffering from worry and overthinking damage the Spleen, causing Spleen Qi stagnation and generating Dampness, which accumulates into fluid retention. Anger damages the Liver, causing Liver Qi stagnation and generating Fire, leading to Blood failing to return to its vessels. Consequently, water and blood combine, flow into the Dai Mai, enter the Bao Gong (Uterus), and leak continuously downwards. This is neither menstruation nor metrorrhagia (blood flooding), and causes little severe distress; it is called Red Leukorrhea (Chidai). Master Fu Qingzhu stated: "This syndrome involves heavy Fire and light Dampness. It is appropriate to nourish Blood to control Fire, but inappropriate to promote diuresis to drain Dampness. If Dampness is drained, Fire may be drawn downward, making it difficult to achieve rapid effect." The original prescription is recorded below:
