其政严，其令扰，故风热参布，云物沸腾，太阴横流，寒乃时至，凉雨并起，（“此皆木火之化，火盛则寒水
来复，故寒至雨起。”）民病寒中，外发疮疡，内为泄漏，（……“火盛于外，故民病寒中。外热故为疮疡，
内寒故为泄漏。”）往复之作，民病寒热疟，泄，聋，瞑，呕吐，上怫，肿色变。（“热盛寒复，则水火交争，
故为诸病。怫音佛，心郁不舒也。”）
初之气，地气迁，风胜乃摇，寒乃去，候乃大温，草木早荣，寒来不杀。（“初气君火用事，而兼相火司
天，故气候大温也。地气迁义见前。”）温病乃起，其病气怫于上，血溢目赤，咳逆头痛，血崩，胁满，肤腠
中疮。（“君相二火合气，故
其为病如此。”）二之气，火反郁，白埃四起，云趋雨府，风不胜湿，雨乃零，民乃康。（太阴湿土用事，
故主气君火反郁，而埃起湿胜雨零也。然主客相生，故民乃康。）其病热郁于上，咳逆呕吐，疮发于中，胸嗌
不利，头痛，身热昏愦，脓疮。（“皆湿热所化之病。”）三之气，天政布，炎暑至，少阳临上，雨乃涯。
（“天政布，司天布化也。客主之气，皆属少阳，相火专令，故炎暑至，雨乃涯。涯言其际，凡雨之起止，皆得
云也。”）民病热中，聋瞑，血嗌，脓疮，咳呕，鼽衄，渴，嚏，欠，喉痹，赤，善暴死。（“客主之火交炽，故
为热病如此。”）四之气，凉乃至，炎暑间化，白露降，民气和平。（“燥金之客，加于湿土之主，故凉气至
而炎暑间化。间者，时作时止之谓。土金相生，故民气和平。”）其病满，身重。（“燥胜者肺自病，故胸中
满。湿胜者脾自病，故身体重。”）五之气，阳乃去，寒乃来，雨乃降，气门乃闭。（“寒水之客，加于燥金之
主，水寒金敛，故候如此。气门，腠理空窍也，所以发泄营卫之气，故曰气门，王氏注曰玄府也。”）刚木
蚤凋，民避寒邪，君子周密。（“金肃水寒，当畏避也。”）终之气，地气正，风乃至，万物反生， 雾以行。

气不应曰 。”）其病关闭不禁，心痛，阳气不藏而咳。（“时当闭藏，而风木动之，风为阳，故为病若此。”）
抑其运气，赞所不胜，（“抑其太过，助其不及也。”）必折其郁气，先取化源，（“本年相火司天则金郁，风
木在泉则土郁，郁气化源，详义见前。又如本病篇曰∶寅申之年，阳明升天，主窒天英，胜之不前。少阴降地，
主窒地玄，胜之不入。故刺法论于金欲升而天英窒抑之，当刺手太阴之经。火欲降而地玄窒抑之，当刺足少阴
之所出，足太阳之所入。王氏注曰∶化
源，年之前十二月，迎而取之。新校正云∶详王注资取化源，俱注云取，其意有四等。太阳司天取九月，阳明
司天取六月，是二月者，先取在天之气也。少阳司天取年前十二月，太阴司天取九月，是二月者，乃先时取在
地之气也。少阴司天取年前十二月，厥阴司天取四月，义不可解。按玄珠之说则不然，太阳阳明之月与王注合，
少阳少阴俱取三月，太阴取五月，厥阴取年前十二月。玄珠之义可解，王注之月疑有误也。”）暴过不生，苛
疾不起。（“能行上法，其气自和，故无暴过苛疾之患。新校正云∶详此不言食岁谷间谷者，盖此岁天地气正，

如上文，然必当观寒温之盛衰，以调其有过者也。故此十年之中，其大运有与在泉同风化司天同热化者，则当
多用寒化之品以治之，如太角太征岁是也。其有异于司天在泉风热之化者，则当少用寒化之品以治之，如太宫
太商太羽岁是也。”）用热远热，用温远温，用寒远寒，用凉远凉，食宜同法，此其道也。有假者反之，反是

Fourth Qi: Coolness arrives, hot summer alternates, white dew descends, people's Qi is peaceful. ("Dry Metal Guest adds to Damp Earth Main, so Coolness arrives and Hot Summer alternates. Jian means intermittent. Earth and Metal generate each other, so people's Qi is peaceful.") Diseases involve fullness and heavy body. ("Dryness winning affects Lung, causing chest fullness. Dampness winning affects Spleen, causing body heaviness.")
