老甘草（一斤） 青盐（半斤） 为末。水泛丸。桐子大。每朝服三四钱即愈。
治肛门肿痛。下坠。无论新久。痛止肿消。
枳壳 天名精（各二两一名地菘） 以河水三瓢煎数滚。先熏后洗。甚者三次即愈。
用此药围护四边好肉。方上枯痔散。
白芨 石膏 黄连（各三钱） 冰片 麝香（各三分）
研末。鸡蛋白调成膏。涂好肉上。
自有此药。世上断无不愈之痔。真神方也。
红砒（不拘多少放旧瓦上火 白烟将尽取起） 枯矾（各一钱） 乌梅（烧存性二钱）
研极细末。用时以口津湿手。蘸药于痔身痔头上搓捻。一日二次。初敷不肿。五六日出

用田螺大者 灰存性。入冰片少许涂之。

Old Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (one jin) and Qingyan (half a jin), ground into powder. Form pills with water, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take three to four qian every morning, and it will be cured.
Treats anal swelling and pain, and the sensation of prolapse. Regardless of whether the condition is new or chronic, once the pain stops and the swelling subsides, [the condition is resolved].
Zhiqiao (Bitter Orange Fruit) and Tianningjing (Plantago asiatica Herb), each two liang. Decoct in three ladles of river water until boiling several times. First fumigate, then wash. For severe cases, three applications are sufficient for cure.
Apply this medicine around the healthy skin surrounding the lesion, then apply the Gusu Zhis San (Withering Hemorrhoid Powder).
Baiji (Bletilla Rhizome), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), each three qian; Bingpian (Borneol) and Muxiang (Musk), each three fen.
Grind into fine powder. Mix with egg white to form a paste. Apply to the healthy skin.
Since the advent of this medicine, there are no hemorrhoids in the world that cannot be cured. It is truly a miraculous prescription.
Hongpi (Realgar processed with specific method), amount unspecified; place on an old tile over fire, remove when white smoke nearly ceases. Gufan (Alumen), one qian; Wumei (Mume Fructus), burned to retain its nature, two qian.
Grind into extremely fine powder. When using, moisten fingers with saliva, dip into the medicine, and rub/knead onto the hemorrhoid body and head. Twice a day. Initially, there is no swelling; after five to six days, foul-smelling fluid discharges.
Xiangyashe (Tusks of Elephas maximus, calcined), ground into powder. Every morning, use three hot eggs, dip the powder and eat five to six qian, or mix into thin porridge and consume. After taking approximately two jin, it will self-heal.
Another prescription:
Use large field snails, calcined to retain their nature. Add a small amount of Bingpian (Borneol) and apply.
Baiyangshupi (Populus alba Bark) and Bailianshupi (Toosendan Fructus Bark) decocted in water. Pour into a clean bucket, sit on the bucket to fumigate; parasites will emerge.
Treats sores on the glans penis.
Gancao (Licorice Root), ground into powder, mixed with white honey, applied topically, and cured.
Specifically treats Leijie (Leprosy-like scabies/eczema). An effective formula for scrotal sores.
Liuhuang (Sulfur), one liang; Tiexiu (Iron Rust), one qian; Hongpi (Realgar), six fen.
Grind together into an extremely fine powder resembling flour. Mix with scallion juice. Apply into a coarse large bowl, ensuring the thickness is neither too thick nor too thin. Cover the bowl with a tile. Place mugwort under the bowl to fumigate the medicine. Continue until the medicine is dried by fumigation, and tapping the bowl produces a sound identical to an empty bowl. Remove the medicine and grind again into extremely fine powder. Whenever suffering from widespread scabies or Xiuxiu Feng (Scrotal Wind/Eczema), use one qian of the medicine.
Effective regardless of whether the sores are purulent or non-purulent leprosy/scabies.
Baiguoshuye (Ginkgo Biloba Leaf), any amount. First pound thoroughly in a stone mortar. Decoct into a strong soup for bathing/washing. For severe cases, washing five to six times leads to cure.
