Anal prolapse is caused by deficiency-cold of the Large Intestine. When the Large Intestine is deficient and cold, with Qi rushing downward, the anus turns outward. There are also cases due to childbirth, where excessive straining causes Qi to rush upward and impact the anus, also leading to prolapse.
Yin swelling is caused by deficiency and invasion of Wind pathogen. When the Bao Luo (uterine collaterals) are deficient and invaded by Wind, the Wind pathogen attacks the Yin region, battling with Blood and Qi, causing stagnation and涩ness of Qi and Blood, blocking the Cou Li (skin pores and interstices), preventing dispersion, thus causing swelling of the Yin.
Diseases of Yin pain arise from damage to the Bao Luo, leading to Zang deficiency and susceptibility to Wind pathogen. The Three Worms and Nine Worms (parasites) become active due to deficiency; if they consume the Yin, pain occurs, manifesting as sores. If pain is caused by Wind pathogen impacting Qi, there are no sores, only pain.
Yin sores are caused by the activity of the Three Worms and Nine Worms, which invade and consume tissue. Various worms reside in the intestines and stomach; if the Fu and Zang are harmonious and Qi and Blood are abundant, they cannot cause harm. However, if labor and fatigue damage the collaterals and the intestines and stomach become deficient, the worms become active and consume the Yin. Mild cases present with itching or pain, while severe cases develop sores. Palpating the Shao Yin pulse, if it is slippery and rapid, it indicates sores in the Yin.
Damage to the Bao Luo and deficiency-cold of the Zi Zang (uterus), with Qi rushing downward, causes the Yin to protrude, known as "Xia Tuo" (prolapse). There are also cases due to childbirth, where excessive straining disrupts Qi, leading to prolapse of the Yin. Palpating the Shao Yin pulse, if it is floating and moving, floating indicates deficiency, and moving indicates palpitations/restlessness, thus causing prolapse.
Labor and damage to the Bao Luo, and deficiency of the Zi Zang, allow Cold-Damp to invade. Cold attacks the Yin, thus causing a sensation of cold.
This is due to deficiency and damage of the Bao Luo, imbalance of Cold and Heat, and invasion of Wind pathogen. The pathogenic factor attacks the Yin, battles with Qi and Blood, and transforms into flesh growths. The appearance resembles mouse nipples.
This may be due to leukorrhea, lifting heavy objects, or excessive effort during childbirth, damaging the Bao Men (vaginal opening) and the Zi Zang (uterus), allowing the intestine to descend and form hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids are formed by labor and fatigue damaging the collaterals, causing blood to leak and seep. There are five types: Sores appearing at the anal margin, protruding outward like mouse nipples, occasionally discharging pus and blood, are called Mu Zhi (Yang Hemorrhoids); Swelling at the anal margin with sores and bleeding are called Pin Zhi (Yin Hemorrhoids); Sores at the anal margin with itching followed by pain and bleeding are called Mai Zhi (Vascular Hemorrhoids); Swollen nodules at the anal margin with pain, accompanied by chills and fever and bleeding are called Chang Zhi (Intestinal Hemorrhoids); Clear blood discharged during defecation is called Xue Zhi (Blood Hemorrhoid).
